How is it wrong? Boros' full power with Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon is capable of destroying a Star, and Garou's final form survived many more times and managed to dodge some of Saitama's punches and that is like 2 months or more after the fight with Boros.
The estimated power level needed for a Star's destruction is around 100 million.
There is nothing wrong about this list.

I'm pretty sure that Boros was the main villain that the author of One Punch Man created for another comic but was so OP that he could not think of way to scale the PL of the main character to the same level so he gave up on it and instead left the problem for Saitama.

In the final fight, Boros and the main character was fighting on the surface a star. And the craziest thing is that Boros was only in his armor released state not his Meteoric Burst form, and he was not even close to going all out! (This was somewhat supported by his dialogue in his fight with Saitama before he fires the chest beam at Saitama after they got out of the ship, where he said "Nice moves. As I thought, you are strong. Of all the myriad beings I have fought, you are the only one that have survived this long!"

You definitely underestimated Genryuganshoop...... For an alien that claimed to be the most powerful physic in the universe an alien who can throw rocks at the speed of light and an alien that can increase the surrounding gravity up to the level of a Blackhole I think at the very minimum he should have obtained 5th place.... Also you put Garou above Boros... Its understandable but do you seriously consider Garou an entity that can destroy planets and kick his enemies to the moon in seconds. *spoilers* Can the people in the comments stop comparing garou and boros strength based on how many saitama punches they survived? Saitama DOES NOT hit every punch or move with same strength every time you can't simply just count the amount of punches they survived, saitama's full power in the series is still unknown and probably much higher than what we have seen he obviously hold back every time he fights he doesn't even take any damage from the opponents so you can't simply count the amount of punches they could survive when his punches or moves obviously have different levels of power. Here is also an example when saitama punched in front of genos face it destroyed a lot of terrain but nothing happened to genos when he punched boros from far away with serious punch he got entirely destroyed. So it is not like he always hits with same power or goes all out. His powers are unknown. In every battle the amount of strength he puts into his abilities and speed is also unknown because there hasn't been any measurement point set for saitama. So it is impossible to measure how much saitama puts power into each of his abilities when fighting against foes with similar power level like that. He could have one shot garou just like he could have one shot boros......

Saitama wasn't aiming to kill garou but theres no difference in power between the normal attacks he used. he used two serious moves and Garou still kept coming.
Garou was also holding back bc he fights heroes in a way as to not kill them.
Boros is a sloppy fighter relying on brute strength. One said Garou has a huge advantage close range and would simply dodge all boros attacks. Garou is much faster than him given that by evidence alone he's 2-5 light speed in awakened since he easily beat flashy flashes ultimate technique and said chasing him would no fun bc he's that much faster. Raw strength goes to boros but that doesn't mean anything bc Garou every fight beats guys way stronger physically. Boros and Garou have regeneration but I think Boros is stronger on that front. Garou could easily speed blitz him and the only thing that could kill him is Boros collapsing star roaring cannon which would also kill boros and even then, Garou is so much faster he could dodge. Garou has beat guys way stronger than him every fight and unless boros is on saitamas level he realistically won't win.

Meteoric burst seemed way stronger than than garou and was even fast enough to what seemed like genuinely surprised saitama.
Wow, people are reeeally out here underestimating Awakened Garou like that. Let me lay it out for you guys. Boros probably is stronger in every physical aspect except fighting speed, in which I’d heavily lean towards Awakened Garou for attack speed. But Boros is a basic DBZ type fighter and nothing more. He has NO sense of fighting intelligence, he’s brute strength to a T. Yes, he can blow up a planet, cool, that adds to brute strength/power. But there’s sooooooooooooooooooo much more to Awakened Garou than strength. He has intelligence, strategy, adaptability, strength, speed, technique. I mean the dudes a martial arts genius even compared to other martial arts geniuses. But if you guys want to put Boros above Awakened Garou because of him being able to blow up a planet then fine. But in overall combat ability Garou is a more versatile fighter at the least. And in my opinion he’s a better overall fighter because he covers more areas in top tier levels other than strength

Agree with a few of them, I’d still say MB boros overthrows AG, gale wind and hellish flames are far too high along with homeless emperor and gyro gyro, they are all mid dragons at most and the two ninjas could possibly be low dragons. I see a huge debate for melzagard saying he is on the correct spot or possibly higher, although he did apparently take on 4 s classes, it’s not like it has to take 4 S classes to defeat him. Puri puri and metal bat pretty much did nothing (metal bat did help find the secret of killing melzagard) but as we saw, silver fang and Atomic did most of the work which means if they can figure out the secret of defeating melzagard, it would only take 2 or even 1 S class

Boros is the strongest villain in the opm series till now. The reason is that saitama didn't hold back against boros but holded back against garou because he didn't wanted to kill him and he was the old disciple of silver fang that's why the fight was longer than boros because saitama wanted to make this quick. In garou you will see a line told by saitama that *he can still keep going*.

What? Carnage Kabuto is still many times stronger then fish king. Genos received minor upgrades and almost beat fish king. While any version of Genos never even touched base Carnage Kabuto. If you wanna compare Boros and Garou, let's say Frieza and Goku.
Goku and Garou both have zenkai boosts.
Frieza and Boros were gifted with their abilities and didn't even need to train.
Both have gifted transformations.
Goku and Garou both have experienced near death.
Just imagine if Garou was a Saiyan, he would be clearly terrifying despite the guy being human. Garou is only stronger in terms of close combat agaisnt Boros but Boros is more superior in destructive power. His carnage mode gave darkshine a hard time (from the audiobook) and darkshine is comparable to garou just before he awakens
Boros is way stronger than gaury he survived his punches
Garou survived way more.
-A punch to the face without damage
-a body slam to the ground without damage
-being thrown into space
-took a consecutive normal punches directly which only broke one of his horns
-exchanging blows with Saitama's two-handed consecutive normal punches
-got punched in the gut and didn't even get pushed
-got his right arm destroyed by Saitama's serious headbutt but regenerated instanly after
-being smashed in the face

Orochi got killed by a normal punch, if I'm not mistaken, and Boros got hit by a good amount of punches and then died to a serious punch
@@arues929 Saitama could kill Boros with one normal punch too if he wanted, but he didn't because he wanted to let Boros enjoy the fight. In Orochi's case Saitama wasn't playing around so he finished the monster king right away.
