Regine became the standard for younger singers like mori and stell when it comes to range. Her songs were basically contest pieces in singing competitions.
Regine Velasquez is proud of Morissette and Stell for all the successes they have achieved so far. She is an icon in the Philippine Music Industry. Both Morissette and Stell look up to her. Regine and Morissette are two of the favorite singers of Stell.
Stell as they say is the Male version of Regine and Morisette... really, I haven't heard any male singer in the Philippines who found the real courage to sing this.. Stell is really great and extremely talented...Thank you Pretty Lady for this very entertaining Stell rv...

Regine is a music icon here in the Philippines. She has inspired so many talents Mori and Stell included. Mori's vocal coach Sarah Geronimo is one of Regine's biggest fan also. Sarah did the Acer song Ace Your World with SB19. Regine has always been supportive of other talents especially the young, new talents. The girl beside Mori who was jokingly singing with her is Sue Ramirez. She is a good singer also. Her Wish Bus performance of Your Love is one with the highest views when it came out.
Regine is the OG and still very much on top of her game. She is the template for most of the artists in terms of style and work ethic. And it wouldn't hurt the fact that she is very giving and nurturing to new artists.

"Pangarap Ko ang Ibigin Ka" was composed by Ogie Alcasid as a love song / confession to Regine of his undying love for her, this was before they got married. Regine made it a very huge hit in the Philippines. Forward a few years --- Morissette is one of Regine's favorite young singer. Regine is so fond of Morissette that she ask Morissette to record it. Thus the version of "Pangarap Ko ang Ibigin Ka by Morissette with Regine's Blessing.
I wish the same for Stell, Hurraira. I love all five of the boys of SB19 but Stell truly deserves a solo. I also wish he can realize one of his dreams to do musical theater as well. Would you believe I'm even thinking that he could star in a biopic of the late Freddie Mercury bec of his range and stage presence and I dont think I'm being delulu at all bec that's how good he is. He's truly an exceptional man and artist. Thanks, as always, for your wonderful RVs, dear. I always love watching your perfect blend of humor and artistic analysis. My A'tin/Berryheart is happy.

This is such a great song that speaks to romantic Filipino hearts. The title is translated as "My Dream is to Love You". Also most of Regine's songs have become classic songs we all (try to) belt out in karaoke.
