RULES:
The object of the game is to place the final sphere to complete the pyramid. Layout the board and place the balls by color in the reserve area. Players randomly pick a color. The light color goes first then turns alternate. On your turn you may place 1 sphere from your reserve on any empty space on the board or on top of any square of 4 spheres, or you may instead move one of your spheres that has already been placed up 1 or more levels to be on top of any square of spheres. You may not move spheres down in levels, across to the same level, no move a sphere that is supporting another sphere.
If you place a sphere so that you complete a square of 4 spheres, then you get to remove 1 or 2 of your spheres from play and add them to your reserve, including the sphere you just placed. You can return spheres from any level but you may not remove a sphere that is supporting another sphere. If you complete multiple squares in the same move, you still only get to remove up to 2 spheres. You are allowed to move a sphere to a higher level which then makes a square that allows you to remove 1 or 2 of your spheres.
If you can’t make a play, then you skip your turn and your opponent fills in the rest of the pyramid and wins. Otherwise, the player to place the sphere that completes the pyramid, wins. - Навчання та стиль
I accidentally say "Let's play pyros" to my brother instead of "Let's play pylos" and now my house is on fire
Just get the water.
Bruh
Get in the shower
Instructions unclear
Just call the fire station and they will come to your house to stop the fire.
"If you run out of balls in your reserve, then you pass and watch your opponent win by casually placing the rest of his balls and completing the pyramid."
So basically the objective of the game is to not to be the first to run out of balls, either by moving a ball you already have in play, or by removing up to 2 balls by completing your own square.
this game is really sus
@@Riciliz lmao
Balls
I have played and analyzed the game so that the round would not lead to a draw. My own variant is the "Drop move " rule in subtracting and have your piece/s get back from your resources. This is the rule: If you place a piece and make a square or 4 & 3 in a row (advance move) You must eliminate only the piece/s that is legal or not blocked but you must not eliminate your turn move that has been played, you can eliminate that after your turn again. And if there is a block on your pieces after you create that subtracting figure (square of 4/ 4&3 in a row), you can't eliminate the piece, and pass your turn. Try also to add intensity and excitement through the game by using game timers (chess clock). Kudos for this game because this is my appetizer game before playing aggressive games like Backgammon, Abalone, Carcassonne, Quoridor, Quarto, Pentago, Othello, Domination(Focus) and many abstract strategy games
1:00 The move here is technically allowed since it's the same as taking the one on top
I saw that too. The end result is the same since the top one fell into the hole he just made. You could look at it either way:
(a) There's no restriction on how he takes the top sphere, so removing it by making a hole it falls into is ok since we can see the end result is the same, or
(b) He took a sphere illegally, thus making another sphere fall, and where that other sphere falls doesn't change it.
would've definitely been better if he had the other color ball fall into the hole to demonstrate the rule.
So basically it was a technical violation that didn’t affect anything and would almost certainly be ignored in an actual game.
It's not "technically" allowed, it just might be practically allowable, because it _happens_ to not matter regarding the end result _in this case._
Unless the balls were opposite colors.
Such simple design, but looks great!
I now know how to play this! Thx!
Great game! Thanks!
You must construct additional pylos.
never heard of this! gonna check out ur channel
Nice explanation, thanks :)
So the goal is like in Dr. Nim or the last coin puzzle. Manipulate your way into playing the last turn to win.
Really watching!!! Go get those games!!
The first comment is never the “first comment, the “first” comment is never the first comment

Hope you secure an Egyptian Senet board game, and also Mad Magazine the Board Game too. 😉
That packaging looks delicious, ngl
It's kind of like Nine Men's Morris

Request: how to play ore-o

Let’s play pylos!
Oranges and lemons, but you can remove things from the board.
This looks like a spherical version of Jenga
Nope. It's made of wood. That's about all they have in common.
Wait... Wood... A witch !
i'm genuinely happy that you said "the lighter colour" instesd of orange or yellow. accidental(?) colourblindness inclusivity?
I'm guessing that, as in chess, the actual colour of pieces can vary, but one will always be lighter than the other.
In other words you have to be the last turn to win.
Where is how to play yu gi oh
looks yummy 🤤
0:58 realises that you can do an infinite sphere reserve glitch
The other player would block it.
Balls
