I love that you all talk over each other like a real family. This podcast needs to get Catherine Hicks, Jessica Biel, Andrew Keegan, and Adam LaVorgna on.
I think it's awesome that Barry worked so hard to be a good role model for the younger kids. Good for him! So many people don't care if they set a good example or not. I think it's great.
They really all seem happy and healthy. I don’t think there are many shows where a majority of the cast members weren’t destroyed by the industry. It’s really refreshing to see
This is honestly the best thing to ever ever exist on planet earth. I honestly cannot wait for part two. I’m so glad that Barry Watson decided to come and join for an episode. What I really want is to see mama Camden come for an episode.
Right before I read your comment I was watching David's staring at Berry and smiling and it went on for a good 30 seconds and he wasn't even really talking and thought the same thing
It was great having Barry there especially since he was older at the start of the show so he knew more of the behind the scenes and remembered more. Funny too. Keep them coming!
I just love this podcast. I'm 34 and 7th Heaven is such a part of my childhood. I love that y'all really act like siblings. I would be so excited if you ever did a reboot. You all still "got it".
You guys really do interact like siblings. It's so cute! I didn't realize Barry wasn't acting opposite you all until you were older. I'm glad. It seems like you guys really got to be kids and have a safe experience on set, which isn't the experience of a lot of child actors. The Bucky and The Rev stuff was great. The BTS stories are such a treat.
I truly enjoy this, I'm so thankful to the person that put this together. I loved this show and now I'm rewatching the episodes via Paramount Plus. I forgot a lot of these episodes. I feel so old looking at David with a beard, lol.
As a kid who grew up without cable and 7th Heaven was one of my go to shows and recently started a rewatch of the show because why not, this warms my heart so much!
I've never watched 7th Heaven but got recommended this channel after watching Rob Anderson's shorts rewatching some of the absurd episodes of the show. Really just love the chemistry you all have so many years after. Super fun, wholesome and genuine. Might have to give 7th Heaven a watch now.
It's strange seeing Mackenzie in a fully grown body when my brain still sees her as "little Ruthie". Such a great show and cast, good to see everyone is doing well!
Currently rewatching and on Season 7 right now. This show was so good and honestly was a HUGE SLEEPER for pop culture in the 1990s that I don't think is discussed enough in todays society. It truly was a remarkable and a ground breaking show. Definitely had a hard crush on Beverely and Jessica growing up LOL. and an update on Stephten because it takes a good person to make the choice to heal he has. Opposed to Cosby, Tom Hanks, Weinstein and like 10000 more Hollywood folk.
@@unprocessed_lifeI can’t look at Stephen Collins the way he was on the show anymore. It’s def a strong subject for me. But I won’t stop loving the rest of the cast bc of what he did!
Wait WAIT wAiT! These are the kids from 7th heaven NO EFFN WAY! What a trip, grew up watching you guys it felt so real, im happy everyone still talks and everyone is happy and healthy, thanks for all the memories and helping us through the growing pains of school relationships and life 😢 definitely a cherished part of my childhood!
Totally love this! I feel like I grew up with the Camdens and now feel like we are still family. Y’all are amazing! Is there any chance for questions from the fans that you could answer on the pod? ❤️❤️
I looooove this podcast it’s really amazing, I’m having so much fun. Keep it going for as long as possible and Barry is hilarious!!!! He needs to come back!
Barry Watson/Matt Camden was my fave! I love listening to him in real life. Bloody hillarious!! Much love from Australia!! Lucy/Bev was my girl fave!! Love you guys. I grew up with 7th Heaven. It premiered the year I started high school ❤❤
I love this so much!!! I just love that how close you guys all are still today! 7th heaven was my favorite show growing up never missed a episode I always recorded it too. I enjoyed hearing Barry’s side with the show and bts of him with you guys since he was the oldest siblings on the show. So funny how Barry said he and Mack didn’t get the memorabilia😅 & when David asking Barry to go grab a drink and Barry said no lol. This just makes me so happy. Love you guys 💜 I hope maybe you can have a fan be on the pod somehow and explain our point of view from watching it at home and sharing our experiences with it too.
I never even considered how often a scene would have to be filmed one side at a time, makes a lot of sense but i can see why Barry would be ready to act with someone live!
Growing up always wanting to be an actress (since age 2 and 3,) and having been abused, this show was one of the few that I could watch and get healing from it. The episode where Sarah died in a car accident was a really home hitter too, because at 16 (btw Beverley and I are only 6 days apart!) in High School a friend was killed in a horrific car accident. It was so traumatizing that I never drove. I don't drive mostly impart to that accident. There were just so many raw moments that you guys have no idea served such a significant purpose to help wounds heal that no therapy could ever do justice to. I remember seeing David in Look Who's Talking and so he was the one and only familiar face at first. I am a mom now and tradition stands the same as when I was younger... we watch 7th Heaven together. We pray for you guys and we ask The Lord to use you for His glory and protect you and bless you. Mackenzie's sister being on the show and then passing some years later is something that she can hold on to and have that great memory. It was the "It" show to watch! I admit though I was expecting Mary or Lucy to show up preggos to just break the sterotypical goody family that never sins and always poops sunshine and rainbows. Let me just say that all sin is the same to God. It was a great show regardless. Then seeing Tara Lipinski was funny because she was the friend and neighbour of another friend in Sugarland Tx. So anywho, great show. Sorry I am not "star struck." To me people are just people. It is great to see you guys altogether again though. You guys seem so down to Earth.
I love this podcast, and this cast so much! I just love their dynamic with each other. Can't wait for part two with Barry, as well as weekly with Beverley, David and Mackenzie. I am curious if this podcast will just be them looking back, and talking about their memories shooting 7th Heaven, or if they will be re-watching, and recapping episodes as well.... Either way is good with me---This has been fantastic, and so much fun to listen, and watch thus far....
Hello Beverly, Mackenzie, David and Barry: Once again, it's me, Agustin: A very big fan from Quito - Ecuador. What a great podcast episode this was! Really funny, interesting to watch and emotional because of the fond memories it recalls. I am totally surprised about how Barry is so funny and carefree because I was not expecting him to be "the funny one of the bunch" (I guess I always pictured him as a serious lonely type of a man because of Matt's personality). This episode was the funniest so far, and the fact that we will have a "part 2" next week is amazing. ☺ Barry looks really well for being 50 years old, and he still has that young carefree spirit. To be honest I wouldn't recognize him, but that is perhaps of the stuck image in my head of Matt Camden with his hairstyle and clothing style from back in the show. I only recognize his voice, and that brings back lots of memories. By the way. When Barry did the intro for the show, he did not mention his height. In the future you gotta ask your guests about their heights. That should be your trademark detail when presenting a person for future episodes. 😉 I was surprised to hear that back in the day Barry was kind of distant towards the rest of the children, and that he had such different experiences while filming the show. I guess I never realized the fact that Barry was a grown up actor that had different schedules than children actors, and that hanged out more with the adult actors and the crew. As a viewer of the show I always pictured Matt as "another one of the kids", but maybe the age gap was too big for him to hang out with the rest of the kids. Kinda mind blowing. 😲 It's gonna be really interesting to hear how the adults of the show had such a different experiences, because they must have been subject to a different lifestyle, responsibilities and points in their careers. I am SO expectant to hear Catherine in the future, because she may be able to give us a different perspective of how the filming schedule went, how the relationships between the cast and crew were, and just a different point of view in the experience of doing the show overall. 🤨 Even though Barry was not hanging out with you kids so much while filming the show, I am really delighted to hear that you still had great chemistry (up to nowadays since you guys had such a great time in this podcast episode and you all do behave like real brothers!), and that Barry was actively invested into making a good model (as an actor and as a person) for you kids. So Barry really understood his role in the production of 7th Heaven and took his work seriously. The fact that the work in the set extended for around 18 hours each day sounds insane. I cannot blame Catherine for just leaving the set as soon as possible (in order to spend time with her real family and be present for her loved ones). 🤔 Since this episode is BY FAR the funniest one, hereby I list the top jokes mentioned in the episode: - 2:01 Mackenzie saying "What?!" and "Why don't I have nothing?!" 🤣 - 3:50 Beverly being jealous of George winning an award. 😯 - 5:35 Barry saying that Catherine had to go pick Katie (but she is driving and leaves alone). And then Beverly trying to say "So what's your fondest memory?" was the best punchline. 😂 - 12:25 The joke about that crewmember who used to talk in a funny voice was really funny. 😄 - 13:32 Stephen's impersonation (and that mirror joke). And then saying that Catherine just disappeared. 🤣 - 31:08 All that joke about that "Bucky and the Rev" idea is Hilarious. I would have never imagined such thing ever existed. 😮 - 35:41 The way Jessica looks in that episode #150 photo. 😆 - 36:00 And the jokes about Beverly's (quite suggestive) photo until Bev takes the book away from Barry. 😅 The fact that there is so much memorabilia about the show is something that blows my mind: That piece of concrete with the kids' (and Happy's) hands sounds lovely. Who has it? Also those "Bucky and the Rev" t-shirts are so funny. And that Big Picture Book that Beverly has is extraordinary (I hope David and Mackenzie find theirs). One of the best things about future episodes of this podcast may be the fact that guests (cast and crew) may bring some pieces of memorabilia that can sparkle conversations and lost memories. 🥲 I really hope that in the future you guys bring more guests. I would love to see Catherine, Jessica, or even guests like Maureen Flannigan, Andrea Ferrell (I forgot how much I loved Matt's girlfriends) and even Brenda Hampton. And as I told you before, it would be amazing to hear stories from the crew: producers, writers, musicians and even the set builders. They would bring Such an Interesting perspective about the show. (Or even maybe some of the actors' parents: It seems that David's mother is THE 7th Heaven Fan, and she has some sort of Museum with 7th Heaven stuff. The more I think about it, the more I want to hear from her). 😂 I did have some questions, but I guess I have written too much already, so I will stop for now. I can't wait to see Part 2 of this conversation with Barry, because there are more laughs guaranteed. And it seems that there are some upcoming episodes with Catherine. I just can't wait for them. See you next time. 🙂 Agustin
Hey Guys, I have severe cerebral palsy, and I'm a quadriplegic. I was supposed to meet y'all in 1999, but Barry caught cancer. We couldn't go. I was really upset, but I am so happy that you're better, Barry. I hope that one day that we can finally hang out together.
MATT!! 💜🥰…..AGAIN….I CANT stop smiling watching this podcast!! 3:56 😂🤣 “HOW DID GEORGE WIN ANYTHING?!”…….Mack:”watch it Bev!!” 6:16 the way David looks at Barry 🥹 you can tell he still really looks up to him as a “big bro”….. 24:25 David: ”I remember 2nd meal was ALWAYS SOUP” Barry: “no it was STEAK” David “😒 NO IT WAS SOUP!!!” 35:43-the end Barry being the typical overprotective/goofy as heck big brother 🤭😂🤣💜💜💜…ok my face hurts from smiling now! lol can’t wait for part 2!!
hi everyone! oh it's amazing ! you guys look like you were in 7th heaven . it feels like time hasn't passed . you look like a real familly. I can't wait to see the part 2
I loved this episode.. I would like to see one with John Hamilton (Chaz Lamar Shepard) and Barry. They seemed to have great chemistry, I loved their friendship
The make up as you go! Looooove it!!!! You guys are my favorite siblings as an only child. I’d come home after school and do homework when the show came on and my mini 12 year old self would freak out when the scary stuff happens… like the drama thriller stuff such as the robbery scene, to Mary getting hit by a car. lol I grew up to you guys like you all grew up with each other! I love it! Now I know about the magic blockings. As a theatre student who had this as her major, understand it all when I had to solo act to do monologues. lol
1:14 💜🥹 how they only call her Jessi!! For SO many years after 7th Heaven I only referred to as Mary because that’s the first show I knew her from & I always wanted a big sister like her or Lucy/Bev!!…& can I just say I love how David is the quietest one in the group & just sitting there taking in all the core memories! 🥹💜 2:18 I FREAKING 💜 Barry/Matt!! Haha it’s SO cute how he’s still the big brother instigator that’s TRYING to get on the little sister’s nerves! 2:31 see my last timestamp on this comment!! 🤣😂🤣 at least he owns up to it! 😜

She doesn't even really look "fully grown". She still looks like Ruthie, and that makes it even more strange.

Playing the first born in any family can be daunting. Barry did the role very well.
Yeah he really did a great job playing the older brother with cool hair. Now I cant get over how different he looks.
He was in his early 20's at the beginning of the show and now he's 50. Of course, he's gonna look different.
Yep which is why they cast an older guy vs an actual 16/17yo so that it would be someone more mature with more experience
They really need to do a rewatch and recap episode by episode. Fans would love that!!! Cast commentary season by season.

Hello Beverly, Mackenzie, David and Barry:
Once again, it's me, Agustin: A very big fan from Quito - Ecuador.

As a viewer of the show I always pictured Matt as "another one of the kids", but maybe the age gap was too big for him to hang out with the rest of the kids. Kinda mind blowing. 😲
It's gonna be really interesting to hear how the adults of the show had such a different experiences, because they must have been subject to a different lifestyle, responsibilities and points in their careers. I am SO expectant to hear Catherine in the future, because she may be able to give us a different perspective of how the filming schedule went, how the relationships between the cast and crew were, and just a different point of view in the experience of doing the show overall. 🤨
Even though Barry was not hanging out with you kids so much while filming the show, I am really delighted to hear that you still had great chemistry (up to nowadays since you guys had such a great time in this podcast episode and you all do behave like real brothers!), and that Barry was actively invested into making a good model (as an actor and as a person) for you kids. I cannot blame Catherine for just leaving the set as soon as possible (in order to spend time with her real family and be present for her loved ones). 🤔
Since this episode is BY FAR the funniest one, hereby I list the top jokes mentioned in the episode:
- 2:01 Mackenzie saying "What?!" and "Why don't I have nothing?!" 🤣
- 3:50 Beverly being jealous of George winning an award. 😯
- 5:35 Barry saying that Catherine had to go pick Katie (but she is driving and leaves alone). And then Beverly trying to say "So what's your fondest memory?" was the best punchline. 😂
- 12:25 The joke about that crewmember who used to talk in a funny voice was really funny. 😄

- 31:08 All that joke about that "Bucky and the Rev" idea is Hilarious. I would have never imagined such thing ever existed. 😮
- 35:41 The way Jessica looks in that episode #150 photo. 😆
- 36:00 And the jokes about Beverly's (quite suggestive) photo until Bev takes the book away from Barry. 😅
The fact that there is so much memorabilia about the show is something that blows my mind: That piece of concrete with the kids' (and Happy's) hands sounds lovely. 🥲
I really hope that in the future you guys bring more guests.
I did have some questions, but I guess I have written too much already, so I will stop for now. I can't wait to see Part 2 of this conversation with Barry, because there are more laughs guaranteed. And it seems that there are some upcoming episodes with Catherine. I just can't wait for them.

I watch you show growing up, it so good to everyone back together. Thank you so awesome I loved that show.
All of them❤❤❤ love you guys' energy so much
Mack's loud laughter and Davids giggles are the best 😂
This cast has always seemed like the most real, down-to-earth cast.
Hey Guys,
I have severe cerebral palsy, and I'm a quadriplegic. I was supposed to meet y'all in 1999, but Barry caught cancer. We couldn't go. I was really upset, but I am so happy that you're better, Barry. I hope that one day that we can finally hang out together.
Great episode! Love that Barry Watson is on. ❤
Love this one. I miss the show so much.
So Heart warming to see you for real, Shout out from Republik of South Africa
They really are like siblings irl!!! Omg they all look great and grew up uncorrupted like a lot of child/teen stars😭❤
That's so true. They all escaped the curse of being a child star.
Ugh I needed this so bad! The amount of times I still watch 7th Heaven love this
Omg, wikipedia-ing your own past is just so hilarious 😂😂😂
Aw I love Barry! I saw one of his more recent movies called an Hour Behind. And it was really cute and sweet!
hi everyone! oh it's amazing ! you guys look like you were in 7th heaven . it feels like time hasn't passed . you look like a real familly. I can't wait to see the part 2
I LOOOOOOVE LOOKING AT PHOTO ALBUMS I CAN'T WAIT BEV
Wow what a throw back! You all look great!
This makes my heart so happy 🫶🏼
I remember being soo excited that this show used my last name for this family. I LOVE you guys!!!
I love these keep ‘Em coming
You can see David still really looks up to Barry. Sweet
I loved this episode.. I would like to see one with John Hamilton (Chaz Lamar Shepard) and Barry. They seemed to have great chemistry, I loved their friendship
I won an auction in 2015 to have dinner with Catherine & she was the first one there out of all 4 of us! 🙃 she was very early because we were early! 😂
The opening is a good representation of my brain trying to focus 😂
I can’t wait to see this video tomorrow
The first time I saw Barry Watson on anything, he was on an infomercial!!! It was a Phillips Magnovox game machine called CD-I.
I grew up with 7th Heaven and I am so here for this! ❤
Speaking of Barry Watson I recently watched sorority boys and oh my gosh that movie was crazy forgot all about it
Thank you for being a good role model and good person and so positive! We're alike❤❤❤🎉
David Gallagher was so adorable when he was a little boy on the show and they All grew up on the show.. ❤🎉😊
Barry needs to join full time
So fun interaction between them so fun, great
Omg bringing back so many memories! 😂❤
Bev was the crazy secretary ❤😂
Let’s go! I love the Camdens!!!!
I want them to do an episode where they react to themselves on the show like they watch a bit of the show ❤
i love how mack is just like "HOW DO U HAVE ALL OF THESE?????"
Love these episodes! I’d love to see a episode with Tyler Hoechlin if possible 🙂
I would love that! Love him on "Superman & Lois."
