Temu is just a marketplace like Amazon and in fact they have many identical items, which are also available from many other places including the UK.
I understand the concerns but it's the individual sellers that may actually be the problem. If people tell Temu about their concerns regarding certain sellers, they may investigate and they do sometimes remove sellers, as do Amazon.
