@@HenryBrandRevision they’re going alr, geo paper 2 was quite hard in my opinion and maths has been the hardest out of the tests so far, I think bio paper 2 will be the hardest test we’ve done so far tho , hopefully it’s easy
I do well on Lang paper 2 and I use this acronym for Question 5
D direct address (to audience or reader)
A- adjectives,adverbs, alliterations
F- fake scenario or real scenario relating to the argument to add validity
O- opinions
R- rhetorical questions
E- emotive language
S- statistics (don’t have to be real)
T- triple or rule or three

I really recommend watching mr everything english as he has created a video for q2,3,4 which all have different structures and how to do good on q5

@@IbrahimaKonate5 plan ur time out. start with q5 and set a time to stop and do that for all the other questions. Also practice timings today
@@IbrahimaKonate5 do not make the same mistake i did i missed out the whole of question 3 (8 marker) due to my poor timings

The main problem that I face with the language exam is that the usage of words...it is so hard to understand from the given extract.

My mum invigilates history and she said it was really long - how long is it? How does your arm not give out lmao? Good luck though, sure you aced it!

Congrats on maths paper. I just completed history paper 2 I didn't do well on another section which makes me so disappointed and frustrated. I tried ny absolute best i wanna give up any advice pls ? 🙏
Remember that you did your best/what you could in the moment, thats all that matters, see what u can do for next time and remember God is always w you
As long as you pass for your course it's alright, just keep in mind reasons why you did so bad. Was it dependent on you(revision) or what ever else was in the way and try to block it next time as life isn't ends after gsces(sorry if sounds default as being told off by mom)it already past so you can't change it anymore but can effect future with the lessons you got from this bad event experience
the most important thing to remember is that your worth is not determined by a grade, and I promise these GCSEs will be a distant memory if not completely forgotten about very soon. Secondly, just because one paper didn't go brilliantly, this doesn't mean the others will go badly too- just keep pushing for the last few ones and i just know you will do well. Best of luck !!!

I’ve just completely given up on English idk how I did for land paper 1 and the 2 literatures were disasters especially when half the hall are saying shit about you and the teachers doing fuck all. I’m just focusing on the sciences and history now cause those are the only ones that matter for me now. I’ve given p on maths too evethough he papers were easy
dont let some dickheads ruin your grades, try and do your best in the rest of your subjects cause youll probably regret it if you dont, besides youll never have to see those people again.
