#rc #helicopter #heli
Yes i remember helicopters when I was a kid and they were incredibly difficult to fly even 5-10yrs ago before gyros it was so hard to hover or fly straight? Technology is so Awesome hey Bri&co 😆🍌👍
I too remember trying to fly my CP1, and I really NEVER did get it flying. I was not wired to fly them without some more help, and now they quite literally "fly themselves"!!!
@@BrianPhillipsRC I have the first cp to the cp pro 2 with the heavy 390 motor in it . The 2 flew good out of the box in 2008 but later upgraded it to brushless .I still have all three helis and fly them on calm days during the spring months.. it's what I learned on . They did have gyros intergraded in the receiver..but was a option g110 gryro you could Mt on the top side of heli. Fine and good when they worked .. had some that didn't work right too. But I spent a 1000 bucks on a cp pro after parts before I learned how to hover
I like your videos, your so genuine and down to earth. Just found ya and I been flying and watching for years
Thanks Jake! Glad we struck a chord with your needs. Glad you're here with us!
thanks for this video
Most welcome
Hey I'm #1 Again!
Congrats John!!!
No1 at being grumpy 😆
pourrais tu me dire comment faire ?
en te remerciant par avance ,
Cordialement et amicalement ,
Alexander :)
We're so glad you are with us, and enjoying this wonderful hobby! Sounds like you're a true RC addict now ;)
I'm sorry, but not 100% sure the procedure changing from MODE2 to MODE1. I apologize, and don't mean to put you off, but I just haven't done it myself.
@@BrianPhillipsRC ok merci Bryan , j'ai demandé au vendeur si il pouvait me montrer comment faire du coup , je vais attendre sa réponse et je vous tiens informé si cela est possible ou non , merci poir tout cher Bryan :):)
Cool little helo
Sure is!
It does have a manual take off mode...so you can get the rotors to turn on the platform and check for proper movement before advancing throttle. It also can remember your trim settings....its then possible to land, turn it off, and then at next start up...it will have remembered your last trim settings.
I think the trim is saved until you "re calibrate" the gyro.
This is a fantastic review.
Cool for a beginner I've had a couple they are fun for about half a battery then I'm ready to grab my plane or quad lol
Good review and flights guys 🔥👍✌️
I'd be lying if I didn't agree ;) BUT that's a preference thing, we have to admit.
Looks like a good first heli. 4 channel is always going to mean fixed pitch so it won’t be able to handle the wind too well.
True, totally true.
P.S. I saw your Huey, and that thing is SWEET!
@@BrianPhillipsRC thanks that think started life as clear vacuum form parts from a German scale heli fuselage company. It was a witch just finding a good cement (not ca) that would weld the parts together. While in the Army I was fortunate enough to get off duty rides in a unit that still operated Vietnam war era Hueys during their evening training missions. Had lots of fun.
L/R sticks diagonally down then left stick up will take off manually..not for any kind of wind will cause crash for sure..about 15 minutes is normal.
sure
Awesome review thinking about getting one of these helis from JJRC
You should! Very fun!
This good
It's fun!
Hi Brian, I purchased the Eachine E130 after you reviewed it a few weeks ago and I'm really happy with it for fun flying indoors. This JJRC looks exactly the same including the price. I sometimes wonder who really makes these things! I guess the only difference is the box, livery and the branding. For me (living in Germany) I would still go for the Eachine E130 from BG as I can get it shipped from Europe in a week rather than several weeks from China. Enjoyed the video as always!.....take care....
Yep, same heli, except the Transmitter. Whichever one works better for you ;)
theoztreecrasher - they are the same company, I believe....the legit SAME plants ;)
@@BrianPhillipsRC Transmitters look the same?
Good morning Team Phillips...
Good evening Dale & Thanks!
I think sticks down & out just starts the motor at idle - so you can take off manually 🚁
I will give it a try! Thanks ;)
Looks like that you cannot go wrong with the MO5.
If Safe technology is the way to go and bring more people into the Hobby of RC Flying, fixed wing or Rotary, then i am all for it.
Brian, check your mike, sound issues.
Yeah, we were having loads of issues with it. We haven't since, so wonder if the Tx was interfering with wireless mic
Looks remarkably like the Eachine E130
That's because it basically IS the same ;)
Awesome 🤩
Thanks 🤗
@@BrianPhillipsRC Hey Brian - have you discovered a KILL switch on this one??
See the comments on your Eachine E129 👍🏻
Good price Might need to change your mike's batteries. Braking up a little bit. Flys a lot better than my CX2.
Thanks Tim & As for the mic, we don't know WHAT happened...we wonder if the Tx was interfering with it??? Super annoying too, for us, since we have no idea it's breaking up while we're filming ;(
my friend when u pull the sticks down and out that it is or arm the Motos
Okay, Thanks!
Great, thorough review. I have one on order!
I believe it automatically stops when it detects a crash.
Some people have reported that with their e130, whenever they go full forward pitch, the helicopter will suddenly pitch back and stop mid air. Have you found this with the JJRC M05?
Not in our case, unless it sees a wall ;)
@@BrianPhillipsRC Good to know, thanks
had the eachine e130 and tail motor burnt out in 4 runs then bought 3more tail motors same happend so it was junk then motherboard burnt out others have reported this issue with E130..i then bought theYu Xiang F03 version "same as jjrc" and still going strong after a year..says it is sbus support but i could not find it on motherboard? the K200 has it..heli is good for small backyard "not like yours Brian lol" flying practice before going to eg xk110s..
I think these brands are all a big revolving Chinese door - LOL - I can't keep up ;)
That heli follows radio
I'm lost here Eric.
Hay bud your mics are messing up a lot on this video
I know, we wonder if this Tx was messing with the wireless on the mic, since we haven't had this since. I hope they're NOT going bad, since we kind just got them, and they weren't free ;)
You are correct those sure are brushed motors, I’d be pissed off if I ordered a brushless motor powered heli and got this thing.
Sure thing, but the power seems good... Usually the Chinese call these "CORELESS" aka cheap brushed motors - LOL!
@@BrianPhillipsRC yeah they are full of it haha, coreless are usually round cylindrical tin cans all the way around while the motors in that bird are clearly classic brushed motors but hey as long as they work.
You can actually order some legit coreless motors and make it work, get better performance and will work with brushed ESC, I’ve done it. Tiny motor pinion gears actually use a special glue from loctite to secure them on the shaft. Working on and modding helis is a lot of fun.
feb and still the tree is up !!!
Sure is ;) Everyone says it's like Christmas around here year round - LOL!
For me thats good heli for a beginner so they may mot be frustrated
Do you think a 370 size brushed motor would fit in there
Sorry, I have no idea. Not aware of how big these motors are
I seen online it says 3d I think it means it will flip up side down so can it and I seen it say brushless online we’re I seen one
I'm not sure how to answer, or if you're just sharing?
@@BrianPhillipsRC I was wondering if it does 3-D flips upside down on the helicopter you were viewing
which is better JJRC M05 or Wl toys Xk K200?
They need to make a helicopter with PROP GUARDS. That way it be safe for kids and beginners.
...or get the smaller ones, and you can basically hit your face and be okay ;) (so long as you don't hit your eye)
@@BrianPhillipsRC i got the Eachine e129. So now have 1 helicopter, 4 rc cars/trucks, 6 rc planes and 100 quadcopter/tinywhoop/drones.
Will we be seeing a second thoughts video on the air tractor? 🤞 love the videos!
Yes, but weather has been REALLY bad... SORRY!
@@BrianPhillipsRC cant wait! Thanks for responding!
Can the remote change in to right hand throttle
Not sure if you can do Mode 1 or not. I think you can order in Mode 1 vs Mode 2
Which do you think is good to fly on winds. Eachine E130 or Jjrc M05
Not really either...they're both pretty much the same. Both are tough in any wind.
Looks a lot like the eachine E130
It is virtually the same. I have that one too, and they're basically the EXACT same heli... We've also reviewed that one too.
I seem to have a growing interest in helis, is there a chance off showing scale helis
As soon as I get one, I will share it. I would love to do more of them, but we don't really work with anyone who sells them at the moment - again, MotionRC - WHY NOT?!?!?! ;) Thanks Bill
Do you think that the valient has sturdy enough landing gear to hang by the landing gear
Very likely, but you'll have to make your own decision. I just have a different way of storing planes, so that doesn't typically become a factor for me.
My Eachine E130 still losing altitude... Do you know how to fix?
I suspect the circuit is bad. I don't know how to fix these things. If it's NEWER, see if the distributor might consider replacing it.
Also, you could poke around and see if any sensors got unplugged, but I doubt that.
@@BrianPhillipsRC thx!!!!!!
Great Video! I just bought a blade 330S RTF, you should check it out! Thanks Rich
cool!
Hi Sir, How does this compare to Eachine E130. You don’t know now who is copying who, but good for consumers as long as parts are available...entertaining and informative review as always 👍🏻😊👍🏻
Eachine and JJRC are basically the same company. Same with a few other Chinese companies. Both are good, and honestly, I prefer this one slightly (cost)...but prices change, and you gotta look out for which one it a better value to you for s&h reasons.
@@BrianPhillipsRC just what I was thinking and you clarified it Sir. Thank you! More power and keep safe, you and family.
What do you think is a good second jet to get from any eflite jet?
Hummmm......
Second Jet, as if you've already flown the Habu???
Eflite
F-15 64mm bit.ly/3c8WXCb (Totally awesome...video is coming in a few more days :) - stay tuned)
Viper 1.1m bit.ly/2Osevfw
OR
Futura 80mm bit.ly/39N0khh + AR637T bit.ly/3pW3u86
What is better m05 or e130?
Same
@@BrianPhillipsRC but the JJRC m05 having the same bug with e130? Like the tail drop issue?
Does it have the same issue on eachine e130
What issue?
@@BrianPhillipsRC like on my eachine e130 my tail is dropping sometimes without apparent reason
y got the same realy fun y need recomendations for a bateries lipo charger y ave 4 helis this one on the video and a EACHINE 119 and a blade 70s and a EACHINE E160 could you help me with that a want a charger to fit with conection on the lipo baterie
S44 4X 1S Charger bit.ly/32tpGx3
S63 6X 1S Charger bit.ly/3iLuP8Y
Would these work for you?
Tanks Brian with this charger y dont need mode conectors for all 4 kinds of batteries ?
I wana see some collective pitch heli action
I will work some in for you Mits ;)
Stay so many feet away rite
What?
That's not brushless for there are only two wire coming into rhe motor that is brush motor
Its drifting because you are not holding still
It's drifting because it's not perfectly trimmed, and the air currents in the house are a factor.
Well that's a really nice helicopter for a beginner kid especially me big kids need something to play with when it's raining outside 😂ps what would you say is the best helicopter the Eachine or this one
They are so similar, just pick one and go for it ;) For what it's worth, I'd say this one is very slightly better...but only since it's the more recent one I reviewed. I want to say this company is easier to deal with than Banggood, but you'll kinda have to be the judge of that - they were about 10X faster on shipping, for what it's worth.
Sir thats a fix pitch heli
Não entendo nada kkk
LOL ;)
time fore a mic upgrade.
It was giving us fits for sure! We're sorry about that! We've been really scrutinizing it before videos because of this one. It's so frustrating, and I wonder if it's something about the Tx in this video, since we run the Cell Phone in Airplane mode....that helped a LOT...and when We're outside, sometimes my collar on the jacket AND the tx lanyard bump the mic a lot... THIS was totally different.
man whats wrong with you its eachine 130
Nothing it wrong with me. Eachine and JJRC BOTH have this almost exactly the same offering.
