    Nice work, mate. Decent FTP for consistently inconsistent 😜 I did The Grade FTP test a month ago, stayed seated entire time and it hurts BIG time so much so I’m too afraid to do it again 😂

      Thanks for the comment and compliments..... Are you supposed to stay seated on it? I can't work out weather you are or aren't to get an accurate FTP.. your doing better than me, I don't think I'll be able to get up there staying seated at the moment 🤣

      @@WattCyclist I’ve no qualifications on the matter but my understanding is that any FTP test should be done seated 😃

      Well it'll be a while until I'll be able to get up there seated haha I bet that was torture?

      @@WattCyclist agony, mate… but that’s the nature of any FTP test. My daughter said the veins were popping out my head, she thought I was going to pass out, so did I to be honest 😝 I’m currently base training for what will be my biggest challenge to date on the bike in March next year, the “real” training block starts in November so I’ll be [reluctantly] repeating the test to get my training zones. Tip for consistency, find an event you like the look of and commit to it, nothing too crazy to start but something that will challenge you enough that you’ll need to discipline to train for.

      FTP tests are horrible that's why I always do the ramp test instead of the full ones 🤣
      What is it your doing in March?
      My plan is to try to do as many of the routes at part of races or group rides so then there's people I can draft off and also it'll be faster pace.
