I have huge question marks against the NYPD snd Shyne’s own defence team re the forensics. If they were carried out they should have cleared him, but if they weren’t then why didn’t his team bring it up in his trial? It seems everyone was working against him, even those paid to defend him.

I also think the NYPD and his own defence team were part of it re the forensics or lack of. Why didn’t they bring such a critical factor in their clients defence during the trial and why didn’t the NYPD carry them out when its standard procedure in any shooting incident?
