This is the only guy I can say he was clean and was gifted with movie star genetics.
Haha!
@JUST AWESOME Right!
Sem dúvida nenhuma um dos homens eu acho, mesmo com a idade de hoje continua charmoso e lindo
I'm sorry but Clint Walker is just a special breed bro.
@@louisfontanez2011 That dude was a true stud.
He is still quite fit and follows a good diet in his 90s. Keeping muscles strong
Really? How do you know? I tend to believe you just curious where your info comes from. He looks quite frail in recent photos
@@slimturnpike google Clint Eastwood health regime
and
what does Clint Eastwood do to keep healthy.
There was also an interview with. Clint and Scott a few years ago that was in mens health magazine.
In the health industry Clint is an example how the body can stay fit on the inside even as we age even and become more frail.
Yes he is ninety but I think a good example of a man who has been following good rules for health.
I also saw an interview at expo west health expo a few years ago where Clint was asked what supplements he took regularly for health. He said he took vitamins every day but the essentials not really supplements. He believes a good vegan based diet is the best for his feeling of well being.
I am not only using information from what has been posted in the last few years but from reports since he 60s.
He came up as a good example when I was studying nutrition in the 60. S
@@slimturnpike no many people make it to 90+ year age no more.
@@arghyajadav3825 Yes they do , more than before.
@@aussiemiss1442Thank you, a man who aged with dignity and has never been an old glory full of Botox and chemical stuff, a real man who is 94 and still living and working unlike those sht keyboard soldiers.
He looked his best in his 50s doing heartbreak ridge. Gives us all hope
He’s a legend, very dedicated! What’s your favourite film of his!?
40lb dbs for sets of 40 sounds like massive cap
Sounds like workout of the 60s
how do you say this and then ignore the 300 pound bench, lol
@@josephericfisk1938it’s not a waste of time if your goal isn’t to continue building muscle. If you simply want to maintain what you have, stick to the same weights. Low weight/high reps builds muscle density, muscle stamina, and strengths your tendons and ligaments.
Thought the same, his arms arent even big, bro probably curled a 40lbs dumbbell with both arms lmao
40 lbs ain't much he could've hit those easily.@@gvngbvngiggy
Eastwood the legend
You know it!
Always admired his acting. Used to have a pic of him on my wall. Good looking guy when he was younger.
He’s a legend! Best movie!?
Clint Eastwood is a BOSS! Respected everywhere..as an actor.. Now as a Director.. even more so... ✌❤😎🌎👍👍
He’s a legend! Best movie!?
Clint Eastwood was so fine in his younger days
He was very popular! Favourite movie!?
@@willcozens Dirty harry
My man 💪🏽
He’s always been in great shape! Best movie!?
The man is now in his 90s
And smashing it!
Kirk Douglas lived until 103
One of my absolute favourite actor's 😊
Favourite film!?
@@willcozens sorry will to many to mention would give me a sore head thinking about it 😅
Don’t believe he bench pressed 300lbs but I can guess he is naturally strong.
Totally believe it. The man was very strong.
Very strong and dedicated but also a movie star so the number could be a tad higher! Ha!
Most men were built different back then bro, some of my dads friends that never worked out could bench more
I don't believe it either. Bench press is harder for taller man with long arms.
@Romans8-9 but not movie stars tho!
Well, it looks like I just found my *new diet* !
Following the legend! How’s it going!?
Clint rocked 👌
Rocks, Rocks.......
He's Still Working.
He’s a legend! Favourite film!?
@@willcozens Impossible to answer lol
He is a Legend!!
Now that’s a man.
A great actor! What’s your favourite film!?
See that’s a real man training and eating well all of it without steroids I’m sick of those huge guys shouting "I’m natty" when they’re clearly not just to look strong bro you don’t need to be built like Arnold to look strong and manly.
I think he was natty but some think not! Crazy!
Damn young Clint Eastwood looked like Chris Evans
Fairly
You mean Chris Evans looks like young Clint Eastwood
No... I feel like he looks more like Hugh Jackman.... Nothing like Chris Evans at all....
Hugh Jackman more like
Superhero vibes for sure!
Been a fan of Clint Eastwood since I was a kid in the 1960’s. He’s great 👏🏻🥰‼️
What’s your favourite film of his!?
@@willcozens … I don’t have a particular favorite film of his. Pretty much ALL his films are great! But the TV show “Rawhide” is my favorite show he was in. I just love the way he looked back then! He always had a great voice too.
My favourite actor all time from great westerns to Dirty Harry movies ..
Yeah he’s a legend! What’s your favourite film of his!?
Legend...all I need to say.
Yeah you know it! Favourite movie!?
He never skipped dairy that can’t be true.
The mans a legend. 😎🙌
No animal drinks milk after weaning … the human animal is no different.

People forget he was a *"sex symbol"* for a lot of his career.
I would kill to look half as good as Clint... And the longevity :-/
He’s one of the all time greats!
clint Eastwood have a beautiful body ❤👍
A natural! What’s your favourite film of his!?
This doesn’t seem right. Clint Eastwood is definitely cool as fuck, but he’s never had the kind of build to pull off what you just described. 20kg dumbbells for 40 reps especially.
Apparently so!

He’s a legend! Favourite movie of his!?
In various interviews, Clint Eastwood has mentioned his enjoyment of meat and dairy products. He has expressed his love for a good steak and has even been quoted saying, “I can’t resist a juicy burger.”
so why is this clip lying?
Because it’s not!
i love his Lanky but Muscular Body frame....reminds of Sonny Landham Frame Billy from Predator (1987)
CUZ.....CLINTS, THE MAN.
You know it! What’s your favourite film!?
And lot of cigars
he doesn't smoke in real life
Stud 💪💪
300 bench is CAAAAP
Apparently true!
Cap for a little boy like you, keep living in ignorance you’ll never get stronger
Excelente actor👀👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👉💯
You know it!
Stud, Scott please re do Harry Callihan!
that would be something.
Scott Eastwood is the only person for it!
❤❤❤
Big fan!?
His a star
300 pound benchpress....sure.
Looked like machine, not free weight, so not hard to believe. There was a list of kids in my highschool that could do up to 10 reps with 300 on the machine.
I've seen men at 175lbs bench over 350. Not unusual...
300 lb. bench is good but not amazing. My point being, it is very believable.
Looking at him, and knowing how he's always kept in shape, I'd put my money on Clint.
Apparently so! Also, movie stars don’t lie!
I curl 55 lb. dumbbells 5 times each per set. 40 reps at 40lbs. is great!
That’s great! Clint Eastwood style! What’s the rest of your routine!?
@@willcozens Usually 4 sets of 60 squats, two sets of calf raises at around 80 to 100 reps, 2 to 4 sets of 30 situps, 15 or more pushups, 2 sets of 50 donkey kicks, 1 to 2 sets of flys at 25 lbs., and usually some more, various exercises.
He worked out at Vince Girondas gym
A legendary place!
No way he ever bench pressed 300
Based on what?
@@willcozens based on the fact, he is 6' 4, 190lbs and lanky (tall people have a harder time bench pressing because their longer arms means the weight has to move further), not overly muscular and on me having spent a lot of time in gyms seeing much more athletic people than him not being able to bench nearly as much. I would actually be surprised and impressed if he could have done a couple of reps at 225 with that built.
💪🏻✨👼🏼✨💪🏻
He’s a legend!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Favourite Clint Eastwood movie!?
The Man was a stud aswell
He looks after himself!
Never realised Clint was 6'4. Not sure why thought he was closer to average height
Very tall! Favourite movie!?
At the age of 93 he still have a strict diet
Dedicated! Best movie!?
My grandmother hit 100 without taking any supplements .
amazing, what was her diet?

You think the legend wasn’t natty!?
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖💖💖
Favourite Clint Eastwood film!?
Wow Beautiful
Favourite film!?
I suggest anyone over 40, begin meal replacement. Scientifically, you'll aging will stop if you do the math and balance correctly.
What does the meal replacement involve? Calories/macros etc!?
Imagine if he ate red meat.. savage.
Wait he’s 6’4?? Holy crap he’s my height that’s so cool
Snap
Clint Eastwood may have always had a slim look but he was taller than Arnold Schwarzenegger and the rock and stronger too
You know it! The original!
The only hollywood hunk who has almost 90% vegan diet
Apart from Chris Hemsworth who went vegan/plant based for Thor 3!
Not that important, he was hot and he exercised and always fit.... Beautiful Creature 🦋
6f 4in 190lbs is thin ?.
Yes
Or lean if low body fat!
No way he was bench pressing 300 1lbs 😅
So Client was pesatarian?
✝️
If he had read meat, he wouldn't need all those supplements.
Maybe!
This either have to come back or he has to fix the abrupt end of beg forgiveness.
enough
Of!?
Clint laurel and Oliver Hardy !😅
michael
He was alot like Mark Wahlberg did not care much for food! He once said if there was a 💊 pill he would take it!
But Clint often said he only takes the essentials
AEDC and some aminos acids.
He eats no animal proteins.
He is almost exclusively pescatarian.
I saw an interview where he said he eats occasional chicken but no animal meat.
No dairy is the smartest decision he made….. that’s stuff is lethal!
@@aussiemiss1442you do understand that both fish and chicken are animals right?
@@kleitosaliagas5668 in the health industry we differentiate between animal protein and fish and poultry.
It used to be ( when I was training years ago) that the call was to don’t eat red meat [ blood meat) I think it was called.
But tuna is a red meat , duck is a dark meat.
There is less saturated fats in chicken or fish and more omegas.
Humans are animal too if you want to be pedantic.
Fats from chicken and fish are healthy fats fats from beef etc not so much. They are all acidic to the body but chicken and fish are easier to digest with the modern challenged digestive system.
Red meats take longer transit time so are more likely to cause a sluggish bowel,in my experience, with people with digestive issues.
However doing the slow cooking or taking some hydrochloride acid assistance you can easier digest these foods.
I had many patients in their late 80s and 90 s just as with Mr Eastwood who choose to partake less of the larger animals and more fish and chicken.
My great aunt rarely ate beef, pork or lamb and lived to 105 walked without a stick, had no hearing aid but did wear glasses to read. She was very rigid only going off script for “weddings, birthdays and funerals” according to her.
It is your choice to call it what you want and of course you are technically right.
However it is an easy way to differentiate the differences in diet.
Pork is actually a white meat but is not an easy one to digest.
However chicken is hard to breakdown if you are a B blood type.
The whole thing can be really confusing.
I am now retired but many of my former customers stick to the diet I set out for them individually for a big part of their diet. Partaking of the other proteins only on the odd occasion not all the time because it does work.
More comfortable after eating , a bowel that empties properly at least once or twice a day without effort. Feeling energetic and not sluggish even in advanced years,
When people came to me with issues I treated them as individuals.
It DID make a difference to change the diet.
As I said it is not hard and fast.
There is the diet and then there are the times you just have a little of what is not on the list.
THe next couple of days you put up with the sluggish feeling because it will pass.
Thi is useful when on holidays or eating at friends.
Do it , work through it and accept the consequences.
Mr Eastwood has lived this way for years.
He is still active and working at his trade even though the years are adding up.
I have recently retired late 70s just want to spend more time with friends and family.
It works for him
It works for me
Your body your choice.
Clint Eastwood and Mark Wahlberg are both obsessed with their food/diet and rightfully so!
Not bad all
Understatement!
No red meat😅😅😅😅
Think he needed a steak!?
@@willcozens men like him back in the day, ate steak once a day
Man looked like a skeleton when young .
Can see how he lasted all these years ….
I knew he worked out , thought it was light work outs
He’s been dedicated for time!
😮 he can't be 6,4! I'd you watch the interview with Mohamed Ali....he's shorter than ali, who is 6'2
Movie stars don’t lie!
I believe he was strong but…curling 40s for 40 rep’s doesn’t sound realistic to me.. And maybe be did 300lbs on a pin stack machine.Very different than free weights! Not bashing him at all..just My opinion!
It baffles me how healthy and strong people can still succumb to brain issues. Whereas sometimes the unhealthy seem to live forever.
No wonder his so old.😮
Pure dedication!
Take a breath kid
Shorts are meant to be….short
Awful diet. Red meat all the way, no plants, no grains.
Are you carnivore/keto/low carb!?
He doesn’t eat red meat? No wonder the bloke was so fkn angry
You saying he needed a steak!?
@@willcozens imagine how much more of a man he would’ve been? He’d live till 150
