Nice! Love seeing these big trucks dance up rocks. My 19 Pwag is on 35's no lift, and I know 37's maybe 38's would also be no issue. Also just dropped a rear endlink on my truck, so much smoother and more articulation. Nice job
Nice driving. People overlook these trucks because they're huge and heavy but they can crawl and wheel. I wish I had lower gears in my 18 6.7 to run 37s but with 3.42s in the axles I'm gonna go with 35s. I run a tall contractor cap on mine and live and travel out of it for months at a time. Very capable trucks bone stock.
I think we have very similar rigs. Except I have the 6.4 hemi and 35’s. I think we even have the same running boards, go rhino rb20. I came across your video because I was looking for ram 2500 with 37’s on factory wheels. I want to go to 37’s on mine but my factory wheels are 8” wide and all the 37’s I have seen say a minimum of 8.5” wheel is the requirement. Have you had any issues running 37’s on the factory wheels?
I think that a Ram is just not what you expect to see, and that’s where the questions of “why” come from. If we saw a $50-$60k Rubicon, Bronco, or 4Runner up there, we wouldn’t bat an eye. These trucks are very capable and under estimated, it only takes a few mods to make them extremely competent off-road explores. This truck has carried the five of us, a camp trailer, all of the gear we need for two weeks in the mountains, and has done it all even in some very serious terrain. I’m extremely pleased with where it’s taken me and my family.
@@heartlandadventures901 Congratulations, great performance. I agree, the Ram (with a few conversions / 37 "etc) is a very good off-road vehicle. I guess I could have been clearer and said “everything is stock except for 37s” but I assumed you were smart people and could grasp the nuance…. My bad! 😆
37s fit just fine on a stock 5th gen 2500. I’m currently running toyo MTs on my truck that are 37x12.50 and there’s zero rub at full lock or full articulation of the axle. Just have to change the offset of the rim slightly. Stock ones will rub the control arms slightly at full lock
My God I don't need 8 people spotting me !!
My lord.
Yeah, it was a bit much! But they were trying to help…

17 MegaCab 6.7 3.42's with 38x13.50r18 stock wheels 3.5/2.5 lift here. 37's before. Just don't blast and jerk the truck around will be fine.
Great job! Don’t listen to the haters it’s your truck do what you want!

Yes the first line was bad guided, wouldn't have needed those 2 rocks to help over scraping the step.
You need actual rock sliders and a cjc intercooler guard and you'll be golden.
37x12.50? Just curious wanted to do the same
Full size rugs just don’t get the love they should.
Need less spotters
The people helping seem annoying. Just go.
Stupid is as stupid does.
Get 25 spotters for that monstrosity.
Come on a new Cummins does not belong up there, good job on not hurting your beautiful truck.

@@heartlandadventures901 Just did it last week in my 19' ram 3500. love your video!
Why!!!!
Impressive and not at the same time. You know it’s not tall enough to avoid stuff and the spotters and rocks were bad, but it did make the crawl.
That dude is so annoying in the blue shirt
There is no such thing as a stock 2500 on 37”s.
Thank you, I was amazed when that description was used.
I guess I could have been clearer and said “everything is stock except for 37s” but I assumed you were smart people and could grasp the nuance…. My bad! 😆
Also amazing how many people don’t realize you can fit 37s on these
If it’s on 37s it’s NOT stock 😂😂😂

The stupidity of some people is astounding
Play stupid games get stupid prizes. If you had a good spotter you would have never even hit your sliders.
You’re absolutely right, but we’re still learning, so hopefully in the future you can be proud of us.
Kid has more common sense than any of them yet gets told to shush 😂😂😂
Yep
