I’m one of the few morning people. I naturally wake up really early and once I’m up I’m up lol. I prefer working out early as well since working out gives me a boost of energy! Loved the video!!

I also had to make the transition into a morning person to be able to have ME time in the midst of all the craziness. What really made a difference for me was respecting my bedtime. I figured out that I need 7h of sleep to be at my best (if I get 8 I wake up more tired) so I worked that back into an ideal 10 PM bedtime (to wake up at 5am). When I can't make that then I use an online sleep calculator to figure out when I should go to bed to at least get full sleep cycles in if I still want to wake up at 5. Crewneck is not my personal fave but that message is bomb! Gorgeous.
I'm so proud of you for all the efforts your making and trying out different routines! Proud of the progress you're making! I had a job at one point that **started** at 6:30am and I had to commute for it lol still dunno how I did it. I've become more of a morning person since working from home though, funny enough. It's nice to be able to try out different routines without having to worry about that commute. And yessss it is so hard to learn to talk to management, it can be very easy to get emotional- even without meaning to! and it can be so hard to trust too (especially if you come from bad work situations).

I am a morning person, i have been waking up at 5:20 for two years now and it works great for me. I think this is something that cannot be forced. I usually wake up, go to the gym and get back home around 8:00 to start working. I have to travel to gym but it is only a short drive but that helps me wake up as well because you have to pay attention when driving. Something that I started doing at UNI and still do is powernaps. Just a quick 30 minute nap can really help when I get tired during the day. I also do go to bed quite early because I have no energy in the evenings hahaha wish you all the good for the busy season! 💕💕💕
Definitely! But I have to force myself, especially living with depression. If I only ever did what came easy to me, I’d lay in bed all day and wouldn’t do anything else haha. Unfortunately, most things feel forced to me, even if they’re good for me, thats just what comes with living with depression. But I thank God He had made me resilient enough, and all of us resilient enough, to get through whatever obstacles come our way ❤️
Selena, I am so proud of you for commiting to this, especially during a busy season. Love that David helped you stick to your goal. You're so right, we glorify going it alone often to our detriment. I am sooo excited for your merch!! Especially appreciate that you realize that not everyone can drop $60 on a hoodie. Can't wait!!!

Yes routines are very important, especially when busy! I don’t give up on UA-cam because it’s something I’m passionate about and I enjoy doing. Plus I get to meet you all and it makes my days feel so much brighter and meaningful ❤️
im up at 5am every morning because I start work at 5:30am and then on the weekends I usually wake up around 6am but that depends on what time the little ones wake up.
I have been waking up at 615 everyday lately for work to clock in at 630 and working till 4 everyday. It does gets exhausting especially like I’m a mother as well so I put a routine in my brain to focus on it and push through. I would like to incorporate my yoga again in the morning but that means waking up with my husband at 545 lol and I need sleep lol.

hahaha I don't have a bed time, I try to sleep by 11 pm and wake up at 6:30 I need 7 hours of sleep minimum. there's no way I could sleep at 9pm, last thursday I didn't sign out of work until 8:35 pm lol
