These old buses are still shiny beauties today, even though the UK is moving towards cleaner-energy vehicles. 🇬🇧 👍 I love the fact that how history is cherished and preserved endearingly here unlike in Singapore, when it always gets forgotten and left to rot or get torn apart and never to see the light of day again. Pretty sad for old buses, who selflessly braved through sweltering heat and the pouring rain daily to provide us a comfortable ride from A to B daily. 😢
I am museum of transport greater Manchester staff there plus own a preserved HERRITAGE 2002 OPTARE EXCEL 2 FD02SFN MERCEDES BENZ engine ex Nottingham transport fleet 561 should go to TOWN and district transport trust in Great harwood where my bus based
Definitely are rare to find Town and district transport trust in Great harwood have there event in September check the page on face ect for dates will try to get mine there as well as working on it currently
