Well done :-D Cheap outside solar lights just never last, the water always gets inside and hell breaks loose. My next door neighbour fitted two on the small fence between us. They charged and worked well, then the rain came a month later..... oh dear :-( The pcb battery and switch were Rusti - fied. Also if the whole thing was sealed into a clear box or sphere, the changing temprature would flex the seal and in comes the water.
