SOME SAY that he has never used anything other than a 2x1 brick to build anything; and that underneath his helmet is a 1x1 barrel, rather than a head. All we know is... he's LEGO STIG!
1:19 "Some say he also has 200 wheels of his own, and that when he buys a new lego set, he puts it in the fridge and snacks on it throughout the day. All we know is... He's called the Stud."
There's some really cool compositing here! I wonder how they made sure the stunt driver wouldn't look out of place on the hand... did they paint those shadows on manually?
I think that's a compositing trick (like with Santa moving as the vehicle still crosses through the frame later)! It'd be impossible to hold it so still that it doesn't move even a single pixel for the whole duration that the figure is moving. I wonder how exactly they handled recording the figure, though, and whether they painted the shadows on manually... it's a really cool shot!
0:17 I never knew that wheel position was how you get that effect of trailers snaking directly behind the towing vehicle. I remember at Disneyland they have shuttle vehicles like that and I always wondered how the trailers worked
there is a record with the stop motion then a record the moving vehicle ... and all mashup with the editor... takes a lot of time to get seamless like he did...
Some say he is entirely made out of plastic, and that he only drives vehicles with two hundred wheels All we know is...he is not the Stig, but he is the Stig's Danish cousin!
A 200-wheel Lego vehicle? Now that's some serious engineering and creativity at play! I'd love to see the intricate design and how those wheels come together in this Lego masterpiece.
Back in the 1950s, a company called LeTourneau was working on overland train systems pretty much like this. They wanted them to be usable in many different roles like forestry or mining, off road remote work, but their most interesting contract was for an overland train to service the DEW line sites, various anti-aircraft and anti-ballistic missile radar sites that ran across Canada and Alaska. It didn't pan out for them though.
In the words of Kylo Ren: "MOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!!" BTW I am very impressed with the stop motion in this video! Especially how neither your hand nor the train/car ever moved. You probably could've had a stop motion channel if this one wasn't this good!😁👍👍
I can imagine his wife coming out of the bedroom and just drinking her morning coffee like nothing is happening while this man is driving a lego centipede around the house
I even remembered my childhood when, at the age of 7, I created a robot ninja from Ninjago based on drawings on a machine with a circular saw.. And there's a whole centipede here! Also, the animation is very cool and very interesting! I wish the author further deeds!
It's great to see the Norse demigod take a 5 minute break from monitoring the Googol Machine's progress. Does he still listen to Anders Enger Jensen when he's back on the clock?
I've watched the last episode dozens of times and i couldn't even imagine there's coming another one! This is absolute greatness!!! And I must mention that I even build my own with lenght of three meters :DD
Good thing you chose to independently drive each wheel via its own gearboxed motor, that gives the tractor vehicle more than enough horsepower to "pull" this one off. Simple yet ingenious design.
Requested lego expirements pt 6: generate different systems that use power with the generator you used in RLE pt 3. Systems: more motors, lights, a toy with moving parts and music etc. it would be cool to see a XL motor power all that! Thanks :)
Bro!!! You are living my dream.... In My Dreams, there were millions of flaws... you just nailed it 200 times !!! It is your achievements but still... I am stunned and surprised like little boy.... Feel grateful to watch... Keep up the good work!!! God Bless you bro !!!
One of the greatest LEGO videos I've ever seen
Hi!
Absolutely, The Stig even made a cameo
Yeah

Hi
Never thought i'd see the Stig driving a lego vehicle
Truly legendary, Top Gear would be proud
Was looking for this comment before I said it!
SOME SAY that he has never used anything other than a 2x1 brick to build anything; and that underneath his helmet is a 1x1 barrel, rather than a head. All we know is... he's LEGO STIG!
as soon as he got the close up I could hear clarkson saying the line
It's not the Stig - it's his minifig cousin!
MONKE
Too bad GoPro discontinued the Session5 Camera. I have one and they are great for small spaces to get great shots!
They have a new mini camera but turns out it's awful
The small form factor of the GoPro is one of the biggest up sides. Having an even smaller version would be a no brainer in my opinion
@@Sphyxx The insta mini is pretty good and even smaller!
Expandable storage what's that?
Boohoo I will play with the smallest violen
The Stig has really driven anything and everything!
Nice to see the Stig is still getting work.
"Some say the Scottish released him a bit too soon." -Jeremy Clarkson. 😂😂
Imagine disguising it in a snake or something and driving around a park
Kids: mommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭
1:19 "Some say he also has 200 wheels of his own, and that when he buys a new lego set, he puts it in the fridge and snacks on it throughout the day. All we know is... He's called the Stud."
Some say that his helmet never comes off without his head
This Is what i was searching
Stig: ...
The stop motion bits were adorable. Just some lil guys doing their best
ok, he's gone to the next level with the story-telling and the brickwork.
1:11 this scared the living hell outta me I was sleeping and all I here is a Chewbacca growl and him smelling the camera
The smoothness of it is terrifying. Well done.... The stop motion anims were brilliant, especially the bit with the hand there!
Hey guys!!!

Suggestion: jumpers! Some sort of jumping robots. You could do a series of builds where you get it to go higher and higher with each modification
Mad respect for t
he stop motion animations

Someone told me to btw😂
Really what gave life to this masterpiece
the barman one was nice
There's some really cool compositing here! I wonder how they made sure the stunt driver wouldn't look out of place on the hand... did they paint those shadows on manually?
This isn’t stop motion
@@nekkowemaybe someone else's hand and he moved the stunt driver every frame while it was on top of the hand
I like how you did Batman's cape for the animation, little details like that really bring stuff to life
Haha this was such a fun idea. The stop motion animation bits were really well done too. Fantastic stuff as always!
Your videos have very strange magic, once you start watching, you can’t stop until the video is totally finished. 😍
It’s amazing how much it moves like a snake despite being only pulled from the front
oddly satisfying ☺
WHEEL SNAKE
Yes
WHEEL SNAKE
Willy the snek
WHEEL SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSNAKE
WHAKE!
Now u gotta add some stuff to make the most absurdly long lego train ever conceived
I freaking love this. It looks like a giant spinal cord winding its way around lol
It looked like wyrm enemy from abyss in calamity
looks like the spine thing from aot
More like a centipede if it was a car
It looks like a friend.
Stop motion + regular motion in same shot is sneaky clean!
1:30 can we appreciate his effort for keeping his hand still for the entire stop motion just for a 3 second joke?
I think that's a compositing trick (like with Santa moving as the vehicle still crosses through the frame later)!

the stop motion while the vehicule was moving is really well made

@@Sebastian-cn8lh yeah, the one with his hand too
Some say, his arms are detachable, and that his helmet is directly fused to his head. All we know is, he's not The Stig, he's The Stig's Lego cousin!
the stop motion in this video is amazing!
Was surprised how well the whole thing tracked at least on wide radius turns!
Actually wast that wide.

Love the Stig reference. lol

Nope, Helicopters matured just in time to stop them from being HUGE! It would have been awesome for either Model to have been semi-mass produced.
This video is awesome i was always exited to see who would join in on the car ride next
This is sooo satisfying on so many levels. Super fun idea, lego asmr, the mesmerizing visuals, brilliant animation. Bravo! 😻
2:10 How did you do the stop motion animation during video recording? 😮 Nice work!
This would make for a really good remote-controlled snake
Yeah. Now I really wanna see it decorated to look like a snake.
Loved this. Especially the wheel position and ball joints
It's gotta be the first time I actually saw the cameras on the vehicle, before this they were so hidden that it hurt my brain
Yeah the legos are cool and all but the stop motion, especially when the non-copyrighted driver got up off your hand? EXCELLENT!
Now this is awesome. I thought the 100 wheel video was nuts, but this is just next level.
0:55 sounds like the intro to hearing damage by thom yorke
It's not the Stig. It's the Stig's Lego cousin.
You killed me
This so cool! Thank you!

Love the giant Lego guy following the 200 wheel vehicle around at 3:57. Well done.
Very brave of you to let the Stig drive it first!

Can't believe you got the Stig for this. The channel has really hit the big time!
The angel realized he had quite a lot of time to spare before his gear even rotated a single atom, so he decided to join in on the fun for this ride
the stig animation was so lovely
