Just learned you can use the back brake pedal for electric start, I was doing the same as you and holding front brake and trying to electric start, much easier lol
My front brake sensor for electric start stopped working. 2 months old. I only have the foot brake sensor working. You can also push/pop start these if your battery is dead. Just make sure key on, and hand switch on.
Have had this same bike for almost a year. If you like the old Honda XR series you'll enjoy it as the motor feel quite similar but paired to a much better chassis. Enjoy it!
Appreciate the video on the X pro! But dude your garage is too dark and when you edit your videos you're not adding brightness we can barely see what's happening 🙄😅
I went 125 main 45 pilot 3rd notch on the needle. I'm at ~300ft above sea level average temp is ~ 42*. I noticed the plug was a little sooty still with the 125 main and needle in 3rd notch but going smaller on the main didn't work well even moving needle to 4th notch. Seems to be happy with the 125/45 3rd notch setting(I tried multiple combinations) although I opened up the pilot adjustment air screw to try and lean it out and closed the idle screw a tad to get it to idle. I have yet to do a proper test ride to see if I get the right color on the spark plug as the weather and schedule has been prohibitive for me. But as it sits throttle response is quick with no bog or rev hang so we'll see...
Where did you buy it from? Everywhere i look its unavailable.....its killing me. I take my motorcycle class in a couple weeks. I was ready to buy mine..... i have to get the templar m......not as good....
I bought mine from powersports max. Actually looks like they have the M in stock! www.powersportsmax.com/product_info.php/products_id/24209&DB-K014?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAoeGuBhCBARIsAGfKY7wH3jGkg3ohmGDfNASMnU8QE6FzRQ32f1K3cCrL5GGpVzWqGHoftv0aAvsQEALw_wcB
I heard that the main should be 140 with a 30 nibbi carb at sea level. Maybe that's why your pipe was glowing red? I think the 42 is correct. If the idle jet is too lean you get popping on decel. The 140 I am not 100% sure about.
I had the same problem with the glowing red pipe on the stock carb. I can’t recall if it still doesn’t with the nibbi carb but I didn’t touch the pilot and jet in my nibbi carb I just installed it. I’m at sea level.
@Motox365 that is right. I believe the m is a 5 speed an no adjustable suspension (but you do get a back up kick starter) The x is a 6 speed counter balanced motor, with fully adjustable front an rear suspension. (But no kick starter)
@@TnT_offroad can confirm that the M is not fully adjustable. You can adjust the damper for the front. Not the rear. Same counterbalanced engine, but 5 speed and kick start.
If anyone looking for a Templar X gets a CLEAR ANSWER of if they will be restocking this model from calling them. Please post info. We could not get a clear answer if they would be restocking this model when we called last week.
Okay so I emailed XPRO and they said "The Templar X will be available in about two months, please follow our store and wait patiently for a while. Thank you and have a nice day!"

Good too know.
Optimally you want to use a little bit of never seiz on the threads of the spark plug

Definitely liking it so far! I should be taking it out this coming weekend to some single track.

Would that spark plug work for the Templar M model? Thanks

@@TnT_offroad i want the x!
@@TnT_offroad Back in stock. Price went up around $200 for the X.

I agree, the red hot pipe was also due to the stuck throttle cable.
But I do notice a flat spot in the upper rpm range. I'll be moving my main to 140.

What jetting does the 30 nibbi come with out of the box?
Shoulda cut grooves and taken screws out (not rivets) with a flat
Just subscribed! We’ll have to keep in touch and talk about the M vs X.
Great video!! But what is the difference besides the m is a 5 speed and suspension is not adjustable? I can’t find the x anywhere.
Absolutely, man shoot me a message

@SteelCityRiderz how are you liking it??
Is this a honda xr250 copy ?
