Upsizing Old Leather Jacket

Thank you for this video! I have been looking, and failing to find, how to make a jacket bigger. Specifically the shoulders, but perhaps this will help with the fit in a different way. I found lots of ways to shorten shoulders and some ways to let out the seams of wool jackets, but this is so helpful!

In my opinion if we want to make the shoulders wider, what we need to do is lengthen the shoulder with new seams. But it will change the style and design of the jacket. I hope you can find the better method... Thank you 😁🙏

@@volcanoleather With contrasting color or texture it can make the alteration part of the new styling of the jacket. I think that is what I am going to do for the top of the shoulder. I am glad to know your technique as well. More tools in my toolbox. 😊
