Going through puberty is like having your body taken over by some kind of zombie virus. Your face will break out. You'll start to smell weird. You'll be constantly exhausted. You'll grow hair in... places. Got the puberty blues? Here's the silver lining: The exact same thing is happening to everyone your age. Today, we're doing a slightly different WellCast. +matt miller It's probably best just to figure it out along the journey of life because different people have different ways of precieving it. There is no right way to accept and deal with it. Your experience as you live and gain knowledge plus wisdom will eventually give you the answer you seek. However remember life is naturally chaotic, having this mind set will really help during tough times and reveal what you truly want. Hope this helps

TO GIRLS: Guys don't understand whats happening to you. You are getting periods and growing breasts but we don't understand that any more than some video on the internet tells us.
TO GUYS: Girls will tell you all the time they have it worse, which isn't true. Its different. Girls get periods and that's very embarrassing, but they sort of feel proud. For a guy, its not painful, like a girl, which is good for guys, but its embarrassing, and its embarrassing to where you can't hide it. You get random erections in class and voice cracks.

As a guy, puberty is entertaining. I love the change. Guys don't go through any pain (like girls go through... cramps) during puberty, unless you count the cuts on your face with a razor. Guys don't have to worry about staining your clothes in red. Guys don't have to worry about shaving your body, really. I-don't-give-a-shit-what-I-look-like kinda guys dont have to groom themselves or wear whatever they want.

I'm a guy and the one time puberty has ever given me emotional problems I kinda broke down and got super depressed for like 20 minutes and my mom wouldn't stop fucking bugging me about it and wouldn't let me just deal with it alone so my depression turned into unbridled fury and I snapped at her so hard she was depressed for months and wouldn't stop crying for two days. When it was Christmas I remember I had friends that were older than me like they where 15 16 13 and 12 when I was only 11 !!!! We were having a girl talk like we were talking about periods our breasts and all these things I didn't know much about periods but I knew it had something to do with blood COMMING OUT FROM DOWN THERE!!!! 😣😖😩 and I remember I was outside and I felt like something was comming out of me and I freaked out and said in front of everyone IM GOING TO HAVE MY PERIOD !!!!!! and I started crying and I rushed to the restroom with my mom she checked me and said Penelope ! Unfortunately, Connor, many boys don't have a growth spurt until they're in high school... or even later! It's understandable that you're not feeling great about yourself, but just remember that you WILL grow, you just might have to wait awhile. We have another puberty video coming out JUST for the boys this week, so stay tuned!
What's the job?
When I started puberty I said that I would not be irritable or mad for small or no reason. So any time this happens the main thing I tell my self is “no this is not a big deal, no this is not unfair” and other stuff and it works well.
I'm 11 and puberty is not really that bad cuz nothing's really happened just tired a lot and my body is changing that's about it no mood swings Hallelujah

My puberty is almost over!! Just 1 thing to still happen. I actually didnt have a hard time. I am very happy and like my everyday self, but i was a bit grumpy (for a few days in a row) but nothing else! Im glad mine went well. ☺️

I'm not having any problems with anxiety, am I weird? I started puberty pretty early at the age of 10. Now I'm 14 and really tall. Once I was in the hospital for something, and they told me that I have a problem with my growth hormones. I'm taller than all my relatives. I'm 5.11 and proud of it. Maybe I don't have problems with anxiety or depression because my height boosts my confidence, Idk. But the strangest thing that is happening is that I'm sexualy confused, Im straight, but sometimes I have these moments where I'm like "I would not mind being in a romantic relationship with a man", obviously I don't have any sexual thoughts about men, but the romantic parts I do think of sometimes.
