The last time I was in Firenze was in winter. It was mild/cold. Not pool weather. I call Florence the most painful city in a fun way, for those of us who are into Renaissance art and architecture. Painful, because every time I am there, I try to walk to the top of the cathedral. A magnificent city. To say it is the most significant city in Europe is an understatement. And, I try to cook as much Tuscan cuisine as I can. But, a Maserati still turns my head, in its proportionality; It's like staring a a beautiful woman.
This place is magnificent. At first, I was turned off by the crenulation. That rooftop is fantastic. The interior is magnificent. The wood work is artistry. The gardens breathtaking. I have found as to whether we are dealing with the north or the south (Calabria) of Italy, Italian property is a great value.

Beautiful property with amazing landscaping. I also love how the video opens with Danilo speaking to us out on the balcony as if we were flying in to visit the home. Cinematographically (The art or technique of movie photography.) this is a brilliant move. Everything about this home is remarkable. The room proportions, the flow of the spaces, the privacy in certain areas and the openness of others are all perfect.
Don't be concerned about the two odd noises. That happened when two halves of my broken heart hit the terracotta floor as I realized I could not purchase this exceptional property.

Probably one of my favorites. Love the beautiful countryside, and the garden so meticulously tended. The villa is stunning and decorated beautifully. This is indeed "Magical"! It's as if it manifested from some other dimension, as in a storybook with a happy ending of course! The interior space is so very accommodating with art studio, gym, living rooms, kitchen/dining, storage, etc., etc. The exterior is breathtaking, especially from the tower with its heavenly vistas that seem to go on forever. The grounds with the lush trees and pool are inviting. I am certain that this will garner much attention and interest.
