@@larrywydra Hi Larry, took a few tries but I made one that is a perfect fit. One trick is that once I got the base portion to be a good snug fit, the prop side was a little tight so I just used a half round file to take a little material off the ABS weed guard and now it fits and runs nice and smooth. Thanks got the great concept design.
Good question and an over site on my part. I used 2" schedule 40 because that is what I had laying around. Schedule 20 should work too but I don't have a piece to measure. The final OD of a stretched schedule 20 will be smaller than a stretched schedule 40 so it would be marginally more efficient but it is also more flexible so I don't know if it will stay put. If anyone made one out of scheduled 20, can you please share your experience with the community in a comment.

what schedule pvc where u using?
