Did David's place used to be a restaurant or something because that kitchen looks like a cafe or bistro. So cute 🥰
K N I think it’s just cause it’s an old house. She said they were on the main level of a house, which means there are probably 2-4 floors. We have them in our city too, they’re super old and used to belong to the extremely wealthy 100+ years ago, back when you had a full kitchen staff. So the main levels in those houses normally have huge kitchens, cause they’re original haha and the other floors have tiny ones that were added later

My partner is a grocery store employee and we live in Toronto. My job has been shut down completely because I work in Theatre. So my "schedule" revolves around dropping him off and picking him up from work!

Most police in USA aren't doing traffic stops. They are only dealing with serious offenses. Canada probably doing the same.
@@kiki29073 I think that's the case in a lot of countries. I don't know about where I live (I don't drive) but some police duties have been handed over to the military, for the time being, so the police can focus on other stuff - like doing controls on the mandatory quarantine patients, making sure the new regulations about group meet-up, etc are held up. Also, domestic violence rates are going up which means even more work for the police. I guess parking tickets are a low priority if people should not be going out anyway (and if nothing is blocked why force people to go out?)
Wow I wish this was the case in Australia. I'm still getting tickets for parking outside my own house

Also, I've been a germaphobe all my life (and a tad OCD), constantly washing my hands, always picking up the second to third items at the back on shelves, always washing all my groceries upon entering my home, and of course had a decontamination area in the entrance where I would strip of all my outer layers (coat inside out in the "dirty" section of the closet) shoes and gloves, and all my bags have a hand sanitizer attached to them. When I fly (or take the train) I ALWAYS bring extra wipes and proceed to methodically clean everything from the tray to the screen to the headrest and remote...like EVERYTHING. My friends have always made fun of me....guess who's not laughing now.... and the whole world is copying me!!! PS: How is Jenna now?
Kelsey, I hope Jenna is ok. Thank you for sharing your reality. It looked like you were on the verge of tears when you were packing up stuff to take to your sister and I was right there with you. You're right, we do need to take care of each other and small sacrifices makes the biggest difference.
Would love to see in depth videos on power tool use! Watching your videos inspired me to try wood working so my dad gave me some old tools, just don’t know how to use them yet!

A really relaxing Switch game that is fun as one-player or co-op is Stardew Valley!! Also one skill I wanna learn is getting scratches/water marks off of wood furniture. I know y’all went through it in ep 2 of Upgrade My Stay but an in-depth video would be great!

Healthcare workers wear N95 masks for airborne precautions (think measles) and they have been wearing them when coming in contact with COVID-19 patients because they don’t know for sure exactly how it’s spread yet. However N95 is used for many different industries where there are airborne things you don’t want to breath in. The masks don’t look exactly the same but they do the same thing :)

YESSS please please do the skills/tools videos. I bought a house but am still using command hooks and not putting up shelves because I'm too scared. The main thing I worry about is drilling into electric wires... the thing beeps pretty much everywhere and I just give up every time.

Even though I only live two hours from Toronto, it's interesting to see how other people are living their lives right now. I've been hearing the same updates from Trudeau, but people have different thoughts and opinions on everything. I'm finishing up my semester for nursing and my mom is a nurse, so we look at this situation different from people not in the healthcare field. It's interesting to see everyone's outlook
Hope Jenna is doing ok, I probably have this virus too and I have asthma. I've found some relief from having a really hot steamy bath before bed and lots of vapour rub. I got quite a good night's sleep last night. Hope you feel better soon Jenna xxx

I live in a downtown Toronto apartment that is relatively new, (23 years) and I need to know how to hang stuff on the walls. I drill, plug and screw, but it always falls off the wall. No studs here. Plugs into drywall eventually fall out. I've tried using longer bigger ones, but they won't go in all the way. I'd love a lesson on that.
Thanks Kelsey for this vlog. I hope your sister is okay. I had trouble breathing and was coughing and my Dr told me over the phone to go to emerg. I did and they checked my lungs and said it was likely bronchitis. I think that's going around too.

Hey Kelsey! Hope your doing well! I noticed you said that you get sick every time you eat eggs! I have the same problem and I got tested and I’m actually allergic to something (not sure what it is) in the feed that they give the chickens so I figured out if I eat cage free eggs then they don’t bother my stomach as much if at all! Hope it helps!☺️
I think animal crossing has become my new life 😂 The stocks are crashing, grocery stores empty, and everything shutting down. But the game industry is THRIVING

Sadly I work two jobs that, as of now, will not be closing and I can’t work from home for. I work as a CSR (teller) at a bank and a cashier at a pharmacy. I just ask people to please take the suggestions and precautions made by their country, province/state and the individual stores. I understand that people are stressed but some people are still working to keep essential services open and help relieve some worry. Please be nice to them and understand we are trying to keep everyone safe including you, your family, us and our family. Don’t go out in public if you don’t need to, only do what you need to do, wash your hands and practice physical distancing!
