Great video. I found the head units to be far too slow. Electronics should at least be as fast as our phones, in my opinion. I opted for a 12.4'' tablet as my head unit. The technology is WORLDS different than the basic offered in android head units/apple car play units. Having GPS and media on tablet size screen is epic. No going back.

Thanks so much for watching! While I think this specific system is light years ahead in speed, an iPad or something would be amazing. Thanks so much for watching!!

I really love my mini cooper SE with its built in Apple car play & reversing camera.
It's beautiful to drive as well 🥰

      @@carcreationsyt Where do I start?
I love just about everything about it; its quiet, and I love the Harmon Kardon sounds instead of the crap sounds that were in the Cooper S. I love the one foot driving with the regen braking, its just perfect in traffic and so easy to drive. Obviously with having the Cooper S from 2020-23 I compare them a lot. The acceleration is fab. It sticks to the bends amazingly well due to the batteries being under the rear seat area. I think all anti
The petrol Cooper S BHP is 189 with a top speed of 146mph. 0-60 speed supposedly 6.7 (although I did a 6.2) and the Cooper Electric BHP is 181 with a pathetic top speed of 93mph and 0-60 in 7.3 seconds. I haven't been anywhere to do a 0-60 on the race timer app but I'm sure I can do it in less than 7.3secs.
The only things i dislike about the car are the chrome bits. It came without rear badges so there's nothing on the boot lid. Thankfully I bought all the stuff to dechrome when i had the Cooper S; the light surrounds and belt line tape. Ive bought new belt line tape but want to wait until it's warmer weather to put it on. I've put the covers over the rear light surrounds and the front ones were on but when it got pranged, we removed them so they'd see exactly what got damaged so they need putting back on.
I have to buy new black door handle covers as the electric mini has comfort access which doesn't work with the handles I had. Then the last things are the black grille surrounds and black badge , if it can be called that on the electric. For some reason they put a different shaped one on the 2023 I bought a black replacement grille surround for the petrol cooper S so i either have to buy another or get this one wrapped .
So to sum it up, I really hate the chrome & also the leather seats/steering wheel (as I am vegan). I've covered the steering wheel but still need seat covers. 😁

Yeah this upgrade really make a car feel more modern.
True! I did notice wind noise in the countryman to be a bit much. Wonder if the new one fixes that
