Happiness is TK Friday. You have really expanded my knowledge of the Blend If. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Excellent. I have been waiting for a Blend If deep dive. Really looking forward to next week as that is the part I find most confusing!
Thanks
Excellent job Dave. You really bring a lot of clarity to how this tool works. Thanks
Your deep dive tutorials are terrific. Thanks for preparing these Dave.
First class tutorial Dave.
Thanks dave that was video.
You are an amazing teacher. Thanks.
I use the blend if panel a lot and now I know even more tricks. Many thanks, Dave
I'm coming a couple of days late but don't want to miss telling you what a great tutorial this is, Dave. Thank you.
Thanks! I appreciate all the time and thought you put into your videos, they have helped me so much.
Thank you for the Super Thanks. I really appreciate it.
This is FANTASTIC! I always learn so much from your tutorials. But your deep dives take it to a whole new level. These are great. Really looking forward to next weeks deep dive lesson.
I look forward to my Fridays with Dave. Great job Dave. This was very useful as I had not fullly understood the blendif area.
I was waiting for this. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to next week's video. 🙏
Great video, Dave. This one was really needed. What an amazing tool! Thanks again!
Another excellent tutorial. Thanks Dave.
Thank you so much for this really informative video. Can't wait for part two.
Another informative video. Thanks Dave!
Love your videos. I'm not so afraid of Photoshop anymore. Keep 'em coming!
Another winner! Thanks Dave
This definitely cleared up some questions I had with blend-if. Thanks for this!
Billiant Dave, thank you! I’ve just started using TK blend if to do colour grading with the TK colour grading panel, so this is so well timed for me. Looking forward to the next episode.
Dave, perhaps I missed it but could you say something about situations where one would chose to use a blendif mask over, say, a luminosity or zone mask? Thanks for all you do; we all owe you so much!
Superb Dave thanks so much 👏👏👏
Love your instructions. They are so helpful. I watch every TK9 video you do. Let's say I want to do a curves adjustment but only want to brush in from a selection. So how do I create a selection only that I can use to brush on an adjustment layer?
Hello Dave, I like the deep dive concept a lot especially for the TK tools I use less often like frequency separation. Cheers!
Thanks!
Thanks for the Super Thanks Bruce!
Good job Dave, but can you tell me why/when I should use blend-if as opposed to the other 2 methods?
A few days late to this latest Deep Dive...This is some great information Dave!
Awesome. Thank you.
Great Dave.
great job explaining, now to go play :-)
Excellent Dave. What are the advantages/disadvantages of creating, adjusting and applying Blend If masks compared to doing so using the TK9 Multi-Mask alternative mask creation tools (Luminosity masks, Zone luminosity masks, Color masks) ?
One advantage of this feature is that it allows you to fine-tune the mask by adjusting the sliders. For example, instead of choosing between Lights 1 and Lights 2, you can create a custom level with the sliders, such as a Lights 1 1/2.
Perfect tutorial. Why skip the mask part by using the shift key (end section of your presentation)
That will go along with part two next week.
👍
Been waiting for this, thank you Dave. One thing I'm confused about,is there any difference between say a lights one luminosity maak and lights one blend of mask ?
They are close but I think you get more feathering with a lights one Luminosity mask.
