Kept at 21* because:
1. No balls. Decided not to be greedy.
2. It's replacing Heka ring... not very difficult to
3. It is the most difficult to replace of the 9 pitched accessories
Very lucky to roll STR too. In this dead market, it is the only stat with leverage enough to trade for others.
Wanted to go for CFE initially because my Estella is still Unique but very thankful I went for the ring slot instead especially after the announcement of the Brilliant Boss accessory set! (I will probably still go CFE though...lol)
Eventually I will 22* it but it will be low priority~
My next goal is either 7 set Pitched or 4 set Eternals now.
