Nomadic-Brit, I'm just finishing training for chemicals, so I've been watching a bunch of videos preparing for my 1st solo run. My man, YOU (by far) have the best video I've seen yet. All your steps were the same I've learned. I appreciate you taking the time out to make this for those of us just getting into this side of Trucking. Bravo!👏🏾💯✔️
I'm still in school but something about hazmat is alluring to me. I am very meticulous about safety as well as my driving and think it would be satisfying. Thanks for an excellent tutorial. #hazmat
This explains so much, I’m sure if you went to a high school and taught the kids about what it takes, how serious your profession is and valuable along with your successes you would have great respect and results to continue the importance of being a Professional Tanker Driver. This is not just a quickie kind of job, it takes a Great Deal of knowledge & understanding. They call it “Career Day” There is so much laziness in today’s world, kids just want to be a computer geek & gamer, it’s mind boggling. As a Professional Driver myself, I feel disrespected by society. You are Brilliant Mark My favorite part is when you bonk your tank on top and then rub it’s belly! 👍🏻 Love Love ❤️ ✨❤️
I used to work doing electrical in refineries like the one your unloading in here. You may have been in some I’ve built. I’ve built ADM, Dow Chemical, Formosa, Chevron and more all over the country. I thought you had the wrong key at first hahah😂
@@kevinbordeleau no never been in that one. I worked on Dow freeport Texas and Dow seadrift Texas. I did a job in New Jersey once a power plant but never did any work in CT.
I'm glad you are doing these videos again. I've taken the easy road in trucking for the last few years and miss doing flatbed work. Seeing what you do in tanker is intriguing to say the least.
Hey there I enjoyed your video, I was looking for a mentor on tanker procedures. Im new to tanking so I’m looking for someone who can guide me through tanking
Great explaination. Do you have to drop off your hoses for washing out like the tanker or is there a minimal amount of product left in the transfer hose? Sorry for the questions, but you got me hooked. Keep calm and carry on. 👍👍✌✌
Gr8 job… your video is by far better than the training I got for 4 days . I’m watching this over and over till I do my 1st run
@@kwadwokoomson5114 Thankyou Sir 👍

If we use the hoses yes once we arrive at the tank wash they will clean all hoses and fittings
call control and tell them their dang key is in the stuck lock. lol
Learning all that would take yrs experience.
If you done that, in most of England, you would be banned from the site .most won't let you couple up
