Moved into a 400 square foot cabin in October, gravity water,solar panels etc.... I am totally loving it! It is very physical work but healthy.... I was given the cabin for a $ and it cost me 10 thousand to move it but it was worth it! Move to the east coast,you have more snow than me LOL Glad you guys are safe God Bless
