why did we calculate % of total units
syntax error while multiplying two times

% of Total Units Column has No use.
It's used to check the % of units of material. It will help to place the items in category. Since Category A requires % of units to be around 5%-10%, we'll take the percentage we got from that column to place the item in that category.
Depends on the question, they may ask you to arrange on the basis of % of inventory
