Because of this issue I had installed a broken rom to my mobile, and finally i found how to solve :D Most helpful video i have ever seen.
BTW this method also fixes a wrong root install.

I have a HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim, been wasting time to flash it, but i didn't realized that is was just Corrupted data on the Data mount, Flashed TWRP to find to that it can't Wipe, somehow stumbled upon your Video, and realized how much easy it was. Wow, I can't believe this actually worked!. I accidently turned on "OEM Unlock" again when trying to fix USB issues on my freshly installed Windows 10. The result was me getting a "Custom binary blocked by frp lock" message. So I had to re-install the stock ROM, and then set up TRWP + dm-verity + custom rom again. dm-verity kept failing due to "failed to mount /data" error message.
This video saved my evening.

Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime SM-570Y.
This can be a really tricky process for the uninitiated. I "Soft-Bricked" a couple of heart-stopping moments, but just copied Usmanalitoo, and HE isamanalitoo you rooting your Android. ;+) Cheers.
