      Update. I didn't get the position I applied for. They offer an on call position but I didn't accept it since I need a full time job position.

    Don’t work for Kaiser if you really intend to help people. If you haven’t already lost your soul Kaiser will take it and you won’t be any help for those who need it most

      Is it a bad company?

    • @JBgoodiebag
      @JBgoodiebag Рік тому +10

      @@mistahjefferson8483 yes it is a horrible company. A leading For Profit Health organization which their priority is revenue instead of patient quality care. Our entire medical system is broken. Thankfully more and more people are taking the route of functional Medicine, Chinese medicine, among other alternative health modalities. When Kaiser was created, Edgar Kaiser and president Nixon had a conversation about the start of HMO. This conversation was recorded and leaked. They talked about giving less patient care and gaining more money in return because the less care you offer the patient doesn’t get well and has to keep coming back. If people are healthy then there is no conventional healthcare system. The only thing that healthcare is good for is acute ailments like broken bones etc. But healthcare makes money off of people being sick which is why they treat symptoms and not root causes. Doctors aren’t taught about root causes of disease, they are taught which medication to give based on symptoms.
