I want confirm the amount of corn starch in both beef and chicken . I heard 1/4 Tb spoon but you added approximately 1 tb spoon in beef and 2 tb sooon in Chicken . Can you clarify again please.

You mean marinate - bhout soft hu jai ga- agar after cooking ka khai rahai hai tu it will loose its flavor
