Had an old trainer tell me NEVER ever rinse a hot horse except on their legs or they'll tie up. She wasn't even my trainer and I didn't ask her for advice. I HATE when old wives tails continue to spread and the people spreading them do no real research to see if it's true.

what about how often can you rinse a horse? if you ride say, medium to hard work daily, and they're sweaty after every ride; can you rinse a horse daily?
What would the general care be for working draft horses?
