Hi Mike, impressed on your desription and function of the Navien 210, I have been going nuts trying to get my NPE180 A above 119 degrees F.. The unit is used for infloor heat and domestic hot water. We want to get more heat our of the unit for the floor, as it appears too not keep up to the cold for infloor heat when it gets cool. Please advise. There are no dip switched on the side of the unit as the one you showed. Thanks !
IMO Navien tankless water heaters are trash. Numerous complaints of condensate building up in the unit and corroding the inside. The company was sued for the death of a family due to CO2 leaking out their product.
HI Mike I have a 9 year old Navien NPE210A I've been experiencing issues lately, the unit gives me error code of 012 and occasionally 003. The intake and exhaust are both mounted correctly too. The unit is cleaned regularly, screen cleaned and flushed yearly, it is on soft water I have had the gas pressure checked by 2 licensed plumbers both state it is range. The flow sensor and check valve have been replaced, could this problem be related to the Dual Venturi air gas mixture valve ? Have you ever had to replace this part ? Please advise when you can, and thank you in advance for your help. Your videos have taught me alot about this product.
Hi Mike, can the condensing pipe be dumped into a septic system with a lift station? Second question should you use a water softener system with a tankless unit. Thanks for your time Eddie
@@xcmskim4 I was just thinking there was a bypass to allow the natural gas to still come on like the old school water heaters... Guess I would need a battery back system. Does it come with Battery backup options?
If you've seen Mikey Pipes on UA-cam, avoid the water tube condensing models (NPE, NCB, NHB). Their fire tube models (NFB, NFC) and non-condensing (NPN) models are trouble free.
He never showed the complete install he only showed what’s wrong. It’s always a bad install IE: bad venting, gas regulator to close to unit, condensate drain line improperly installed. If you want to open your mouth show the whole job, just don’t bash a product. Remember it’s called click bate.
Hello Sir I live in St Augustine and would like to know if you could send me your email address. I m looking to install a Rinnai V65 indoor propane model and would like to know exactly what I need to install this unit. Valves, regulator etc… Thank you very much for any reply. Keep up the great work your videos are invaluable.

Mike can you give a comparison between the Rinnai and Navian systems...which in your opinion is the best in your opinion?

I use a condensate pump to pump the condensate to my sump.
Neutrelize just in case
If power goes out will I still get hot water?
During a power outage, any tankless water heater will not work

Are naviens reliable? Ive heard many bad things about them. I have a rinnai, which is better
I've read the samethings Navien are junk the heat exchangers burn out quickly. I've also read their customer service and warranty are non existent.
This new series is much better that’s why I switched

If Navien gave me one for free I wouldn't install it in my house.
