The “Coroner Investigator” episode is so amazing! All of those people, from first responders to detectives, investigators, techs - they all are doing jobs that I cannot imagine that I could do. They are heroes truly.
😮😢😢seeing all of those people 28 everyday i dont know how they cope and show up everyday to see more profiles of new arrivals must be daunting and emotional .Thanku 😢❤😊
The coroner/death investigator is so very young looking, yet still seems so very kind, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I'm extremely impressed with her. I love this episode! It explains so much...
I agree ....Have a niece who does it , she says turnover in her department is very high , she once told me she personally was on scene of 25 deaths within four day work week
I worked in a funeral home, only time it bothered me when no live person was there with me. Then my imagination took over. Working with living people is much scarier
in the first case, i always thought the killing had to be personal the moment they discovered the killer put a bag over the head of the victim. if it was a random robbery gone sour, the killer probably wouldn't have bothered to cover the face of the victim.
Yup it’s cuz they can’t look at what they did to someone they love or loved and crime shows 101 cuz I’ve watched everyone that was a rage overkill killing it’s always a bf or partner
The original detectives really dropped the ball by ASSUMING she had left and been pushed back into the restaurant. Nothing about that scene to me said she had been pushed back in. Shouldn’t they have spoke to the manager about the state of the office normally vs the nite of the murder? Seems like a common sense thing to do.
This show is the only crime show I watch that creeps me out lol. Very good show. I can’t believe the bf fiancé wasn’t a suspect in the begining they always are and the rage killing showed it was someone close and who drives to their gf parents at 5 am to see if their cars there and say oh I can’t go identify her I’ll be late for work why didn’t the parents push or the friends to look at him she fought hard she had a clump of hair and dna under her nails. I guess at that time they could only do blood typing and hair comparison but that’s how they nailed people before.
What? She killed SCOT, and then showed the police the missing carpet, seemingly not knowing what caused it, yet she was the killer? I don’t know about that.
I can understand treating the bodies with respect, and they should. I would want to know where my last steps on Earth would be. And since I wouldn't be able to, someone I've never met would have to for me. But at the same time if they wanted to clown around, I wouldn't mind partaking in it. Say like someone at the coroner's office was having s birthday party with party favors and hats. If they wanted a group photo, I got no problems if they put a birthday party hat on me. Maybe wedge the corners of my smile up. And you never know, it might be my last birthday they celebrate. I may be dead, but I can still be the life of the party.
Yeah. I know. Just one of many. If you haven't seen the movie "Harold and Maude", it kinda breaks the ice between fantasy and reality in a necrocomical way. Btw, morticians are said to have the best sense of humor.
I've seen this first case before, and I'm always shocked that they never looked at her personal life because they would have immediately found the killer. Every program I've seen on murder investigations the detectives do the death notification person unless they're not in the area.
Mostly the notification is by police which allows them to gage the people’s reaction, this will help the criminal investigation. I suppose that the LA area has their own protocols and perhaps it’s the coroner and not the police, as when this episode was made there were very poor relations with police and citizens.
In the UK families are assigned a family liason officer. A normal police officer but trained to comfort the bereaved. For sure they will be observing too.
Finds his blood and alot of it all over the room but first had to rule out he didn't leave town with another woman?? Makes no sense. You just found his blood all over a crime scene.
As soon as I saw Richard Walter I thought of the Scott Dunn case and Aleisha Hamilton, who murdered him for his car. Richard Walter telling Scotts father "Well, let's go get that b*tch" will never be forgotten by me!
Crazy how when a women is murdered her husband is the prime suspect but not when your cheating girl friend moves in with the guy she claims is stalking her
Just started the coroner one what makes this one different everyone’s saying it’s a good one. Seems like someone owed a drug debt but we’ll see and that’s a weird looking crack pipe lol but may he rip
Telling someone of a loved ones demise over the phone is wrong in my opinion , if coroner's office cant send someone to loved ones house police department should
1:04:28 The coroner is saying “..he was pronounced ” I can’t understand the word used here k, ; sounds like “unseen”, un-cean is that even a word? Even the CC/closed captions leaves the word out… isn’t it usually “the subject was pronounced *deceased* at 12:03am…”?
It's just a bit of slang. She says "he was pronounced on scene" Translates to "he was pronounced dead where he lay at the crime scene" A nicer way of saying it I guess 🙂
No way did he not suspect they were onto him. I mean SURELY!!!! Right? You come ask for DNA years and years later? What does him knowing a lot about the case have to do w them needing his dna? He HAD to know in his gut that they were onto him and he just sealed his own fate. The moment they asked for dna I woulda said do I need a lawyer (if I were guilty)
i am a big fan of crime investigation, but knowing that this documentary series ( new detectives) were done between 1996 and 2004 and the narrator died back in 2008, i get discouraged to watch. i dont want to watch. its too old and this is 2024.
Funny how Scott’s gf who was so jealous it looks like she killed him was the one having the affair with the neighbor people who cheat always accuse u of cheating that with her temper and peices or rug cut out with blood under and luminal lighting the Room up showing where blood was cleaned when only her and Scott live there I dunno why it took them how long to think of it’s her only two people in that apartment like duh
She hit scott with a Baseball bat …all because he was not interested in a relationship with her .. when the show showed her picture she looked ugly I don’t blame Scott
The “Coroner Investigator” episode is so amazing! All of those people, from first responders to detectives, investigators, techs - they all are doing jobs that I cannot imagine that I could do. They are heroes truly.
The best 😊
What episode is it how far in
Julie you do a wonderful job. Thank you for all you do to find justice for your cases .
😮😢😢seeing all of those people 28 everyday i dont know how they cope and show up everyday to see more profiles of new arrivals must be daunting and emotional .Thanku 😢❤😊
Love watching these shows
They are very interesting and show you different sides of murders that no other show does ❤
One of the best TV shows of all time!
Concur. Part of the Forensics Tuesday night lineup on the Discovery Channel
Wouldn’t say the best tv show of all time but one of the best crime shows ever very creepy
Julie don't second guess yourself. You are doing a wonderful job that not everyone else can do. Thank you for being the voice for someone who cannot.
Woy dark
Scott’s body was eventually found just a few years ago! The two geniuses who killed him had buried him in a flower bed in the same apartment complex!
wtf lol smart guys. I thought scott was the first one who killed his gf at her work
The coroner/death investigator is so very young looking, yet still seems so very kind, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I'm extremely impressed with her. I love this episode! It explains so much...
Which episode is it on here how many in
If Scott's father had not been persistent, Alesha would have gotten away with it, and Scott would have been forgotten.
What shocked me is the guy getting 10 years PROBATION for murder???? Sentence is stated at 49:30
Very common...
Cases with persistent families are solved BECAUSE the family is persistent.
Really an excellent episode of this series.🌾
TYSM
I watched every bit of the show. 😊
These people who does this work are so special.
To be able to cope with all
Is heartbreaking
Hi I have nothing but love for them amazing people
No way I could work in that environment surrounded by dead bodies. Must take a special mindset.
I agree ....Have a niece who does it , she says turnover in her department is very high , she once told me she personally was on scene of 25 deaths within four day work week
I worked in a funeral home, only time it bothered me when no live person was there with me. Then my imagination took over. Working with living people is much scarier
more compilations like these they are my wind down and sleep aid , and yes they have somtimes come into my dreams
When I deam of finding dead bodies I change channels for a while. But I do make sure my doors are locked at night!
in the first case, i always thought the killing had to be personal the moment they discovered the killer put a bag over the head of the victim. if it was a random robbery gone sour, the killer probably wouldn't have bothered to cover the face of the victim.

Wicked Wednesday folks, brought to you by ND! Enjoy and thanks!👍🤗
Greetings from AZ. And same to you! 😊
Yay! Just in time for bed...😊
Just in time to sit and watch this whilst having dinner 😋
This interesting video is well worth watching but please lower the volume of the music. It is very distracting.
Again this is the reg 90s music they used in these crime shows u can’t turn it off it came this way lol and this is a series there’s a bunch of these
Gotta love DNA!

The John Robinson case was also on Cold Case Files if you want to learn about the other victims.
1:07:30 Man. The way she ripped that dudes hair out of his arm was kinda chilling. But its not like he's getting waxed. Lol
24:32 there's vomit on his sweater already, moms spaghetti
Lose yourself in the moment - by M&M. One of my favorite songs.
I can understand treating the bodies with respect, and they should. I would want to know where my last steps on Earth would be. And since I wouldn't be able to, someone I've never met would have to for me.

What morbid thoughts.
Yeah. I know. Just one of many.

Haha! Exactly, we can still have fun even if we are ghosts! 😅
I give permission to dress me up as a giant duck
Excited to see a new set!

How the hell in the second episode murder of Scott by his gf and lover only get 10 years probation and 20 years in jail for her wtf that’s an insult
Right??? I had to rewind, I thought I heard wrong!
That's just a joke. So sad
Ill have to get some of that looks yumm 🤤great review 🌶
Finds his blood and alot of it all over the room but first had to rule out he didn't leave town with another woman?? Makes no sense. You just found his blood all over a crime scene.
Because of the law requiring a *body.*
Love this show
As soon as I saw Richard Walter I thought of the Scott Dunn case and Aleisha Hamilton, who murdered him for his car. Richard Walter telling Scotts father "Well, let's go get that b*tch" will never be forgotten by me!
I pray I never get stored on a shelf. It's really awful
What a disturbing video
*i'm guilty of watching the coroner one a few times, fascinating stuff*
I'm so sorry Abt what happened ❤
Crazy how when a women is murdered her husband is the prime suspect but not when your cheating girl friend moves in with the guy she claims is stalking her
Just started the coroner one what makes this one different everyone’s saying it’s a good one. Seems like someone owed a drug debt but we’ll see and that’s a weird looking crack pipe lol but may he rip
I had a giggle at that too. Guess paraphernalia was a bit different back in the day 😅
Telling someone of a loved ones demise over the phone is wrong in my opinion , if coroner's office cant send someone to loved ones house police department should
That coroner woman is a superstar.
Or acted it well.
What slot of incredible people with out them we're would we be I have nothing but love for all of you thank you .

yes that is a phrase😊
She says "pronounced onsite".
It's just a bit of slang.
She says "he was pronounced on scene"
Translates to "he was pronounced dead where he lay at the crime scene"
A nicer way of saying it I guess 🙂
@Ian.G256 she says "he was pronounced on SCENE"

So don’t nobody cares
Lots of us still love watching the New Detectives
There's plenty to watch on UA-cam. . Don't watch.. wow that's east ain't it?
Was the coroner a real shot when they found the body I know they’re usually reinacted but they blurred the face and that looked real only that scene
❤😢
Funny how Scott’s gf who was so jealous it looks like she killed him was the one having the affair with the neighbor people who cheat always accuse u of cheating that with her temper and peices or rug cut out with blood under and luminal lighting the Room up showing where blood was cleaned when only her and Scott live there I dunno why it took them how long to think of it’s her only two people in that apartment like duh

Wow the coroner episode they are so smart lol. He may possibly have a history of drug use since there was a crack pipe beside him. lol uh duh
Furati ca nu aveati
Cut out the crazy music
Cut out your unnecessary whinging this show was made over 20 years ago, things weren't as sophisticated and perfect back then.
The. Vidocq. Society. … Sounds like a. Good idea for another series !!!
