- Young people from 21 schools across Kent come together to bring Shakespeare’s iconic tale of love and disdain, dishonour and loyalty to life. Much Ado About Nothing is a fantastic celebration of the achievements of the young people involved in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Associate Schools Programme, a long-term project where schools work with artists and practitioners from The RSC and The Marlowe.
Over the last two terms our schools have been working hard to create Much Ado About Nothing: The Merry War. This has included teachers being trained in the RSC rehearsal room approaches, through INSET’s and continued professional development. As well as, young people having music workshops with composer Richard Navarro, and a dedicated director mentor Ellie Wright visiting schools and facilitating a week-long rehearsal in our studio space.
Our granddaughter Faye is in this video. We'll done.
