loved this class! i felt very connected to my practice with the silence.
This was awesome!!! some of theposes were hard so I modified them. I think they were still beneficial!

Lovely! I appreciated the minimal cue flow, creating space for meditative moments. I only had trouble with 1 transition where I could have used more help (high lunge to warrior 1). Otherwise perfectly suited to me today. Thank you.
