    If I have 5 lakh loan and time period of 20 yrs...but in 2 yrs I have accumulated the 5 lakh so can I directly deducted my loan amount and finish my loan

    Pay Attention Guys: ek jruri baat me aapko bta du jo is video me nhi btai gai hai... mera HDFC ka credit card hai jiski credit limit 57000 hai, meri ek emi 3200 ki chal rhi thi.or mujhe ek laptop EMI pr lena tha jo ki 55000 ka tha. to mujhe limit kam pad rhi thi because meri 3200 ki EMI already chal rhi thi. Mene customer care me call kr ke use preclose krwa dia or mere credit card ki limit 57000 aa gai.... And then mene laptop ko usi time purchase kr lia amazon se... but us laptop pr EMI amazon site pr ban nhi pa rhi thi. pehle mujhe lga tha ki mere credit card se shyad ye ho nhi rha to mene mere 2 3 friends ke credit card se check kia to pta chla uski EMI amazon site ke through nhi bnegi to mene socha ki EMI me SmartEMI se create kr lunga HDFC ki site pr... or mene vo laptop purchase kr lia credit card pr.... but jab mene EMI create krne ki koshis ki to uski EMI nhi ban pai.... Why? .... mene customer care me call kia ki mene 55000 ka laptop lia hai or meri EMI create nhi ho pa rhi hai to mujhe btaya gya ki "EMI AAPNE PRE CLOSE KRWAI HAI USKI WAJAH SE AAPKA TOTAL AMOUT 51000 SOMETHING EMI KE LIA ELIGIBLE HAI OR AAPKO 3000 SOMETHING OR SHOPPING KRNI PDEGI TAB AAPKI EMI BNEGI" mene kha mam mere credit card ki limit hi 57000 hai 55000 ka mene laptop lia hai to 3000 or kese spend kr skta hu me.... so at last ye hua ki EMI nhi ban pai or mujhe total amout 55000 ek bar me hi pay krna pda...... so guys ye ek bhot bda issue hai EMI ka islia aap esi situation me pde to aapko bhot dikkat aa skti hai... or is problem se related koi bhi video youtube me available nhi hai.... so be carefull,,,, and please is pr bhi ek video bnai jaye

    Very informative & useful video..
    Who getting such loan offers or buying bigger or smaller loans must read TC carefully.
    If no need of loan, don't fall in love of loan offer . This is technique of bank to catch your pocket.
    +++Best information I which like is that, Always select higher EMI & short tenure..
    Must check deeply, foreclosure charges,prepayment charges, Insurance cost etc.

    Good thanks. I learnt the 60% and 40% is the international ratio for loan and saving. My Loan is around 40% and i am able to pay comfortably. 2 days back i went to enquire about buying Activa. The rate of interest is 10.75%. i found out that if i tale loan of 53000 only for the minimum period of 1 year. I am paying around 10,660 rs. Extra. I find it's too much. Can u pl guide what kind of vehicle loan i should take to pay minimum interest and from where to take loan. Thanks

    Sir I had taken loan in 2017 nov.now I have seen different types of penalties imposed and charges in the name maintenance account penalty.though it is three times I deposited latter because late salary.is there any court where I could go for justice.moreover they have not given me any agreement letter.the person who in my touch were transferred and there mobile numbers were changed too.sir pl tell me what I can do.pl help me.

    Saare documents lene aur forms fill karne ke cq. Lene ke baad kab?
    Kyonki main yeh jaan na chahta hoon, ki hamare paas kab tak quit karne ka chance hota hai, ki loan na lena ho to cancel kar dein.
