  • Is it ACTUALLY possible to build muscle at home?
    In this video I'm going to show you exactly how to train at home to build muscle and lose body fat. Not only that, I'll give you a full training plan to follow at home for free! I'll include three different plans with variations using dumbbells, kettlebells and even a whole plan using just your own bodyweight (no equipment needed!).
    After my recent gym plan video I've been receiving lots of requests to do the same for a home workout plan. I've been so excited to do this follow-up video! I started training myself at home and I fully believe you can achieve amazing results at home and without an expensive gym membership. Included in this video is a very simple and easy-to-follow plan. All you have to do is stay consistent, work hard and make sure you're consuming enough protein and you will see the results for yourself!

    After making my gym plan video I had lots of requests for a similar plan that you can do at home with minimal equipment. Here it is!! Hope you guys enjoy this video! Quick point, around 2:12 I said to multiply your maintenance calories by your activity level. What I meant to say is that you can find out your MAINTENANCE CALORIES by multiplying your BASAL METABOLIC RATE (BMR) by your ACTIVITY LEVEL. Hope that clears up any confusion there! Let me know in the comments below what you thought of the training plan! 👊

    It is totally possible. I have been training at home for a little less than a year and have seen very good results. I alternate one day with Dumbbells, one day with Rings and one day with Kettlebells. And when I can I incorporate a bench... A minimum of equipment that I have built up over time and that can easily replace a home gym. And of course Sam's Workouts have been very useful to me, especially when it comes to Kettlebells.

    Omg I came across your channel and I love your dumbbell workout my weights lbs have increased over the weeks and I'm so thankful I started with 2lbs (arthritis in my shoulder) and now I'm started on 4lbs . Keep your videos coming I love them.thank you

    I was worried I'd hurt myself if I worked out alone at home so I went to a personal trainer.
    She insisted I should do the 3 kilos weights (even when I told her it's too much for me).. she was really pushing and I trusted her and was kind of embarrassed because I know 3 kilos is not much for most people.
    My body joints hurt so much afterwards that I had to go to the doctor and he told me I had to take a break from working out entirely. So I left her and now after a little break I'm working out with your videos and I know I just started but I feel amazing! Can't wait to see results :D
