It’s hard to say! I live the sizzle on the Nightmare as much as the extra mid content on the Hatchet - both sound great and would make for a killer s sound when blended 😊
Neil I’m interested in playing the guitar and I noticed you use both a 6 / 7 string guitar. What are the pros and cons? You provide great content. Awesome channel.
Thankyou Yeah not had a 7 for a while but mainly I’d use the 7 for b standard I’m not great at leads on a 7 I have small hands so something you might consider if you have smaller hands
It sounds to me like you don't have the EQ's of the two pedals adjusted to be anywhere near the same sounding. Perhaps you have incurred some volume induced tone deafness!😂
Let me know which pedal you prefer obviously the strongest way to use the Heavy Hatchet is into the front of a clean, works well both ways I think, If you are buying gear please consider using my affiliate links below 🙏 Affiliate Links: CELESTION IMPULSE RESPONSES HERE: www.celestionplus.com/ref/181/?campaign=NinecoreNeil Here is my Sonicake Affiliate link tinyurl.com/4t7c6f5f Buy Your Products Here!
