NiMH stands for Nickle Metal Hydride. they're "tweener" batteries 1.5V on the low end and 3.7V on the high end. Check out the I5R it's an upgrade I5T.

I have both the i3t and i5t. Do yourself a favor and get a 1420mAh 2.4V for the i5t. It so much better with longer battery life. The ultimate combo is the i3T carbon fiber with a INR10440 battery. I stopped carrying anything else since it’s lightweight, smaller and decent battery life now.

Olight just seem cheap to me. Not saying I'm right, just my perception. The only non us made lights I've owned are Fenix and Prometheus lights/foursevens
