is "hadn't to" same meaning with had to not?
"Hadn't to" is not used in modern English outside of a very limited range of regional areas - even in these places, it is old fashioned.

... hello teacher ... you caught me skating over thin ice, hence a query concerning your sentence "They can´t have crashed" (usage 28) ... would it make much / any difference if I said "They couldn´t have crashed" instead? ... thanks ...
Hi Vladimir! Yes, you are absolutely right. "Can't have" has a little more of a feel of "it is impossible", whilst "couldn't have" has more of a sense of "I have worked this out from the evidence". In reality, these two uses will often overlap. I should also have added, we would only use "can't have" in the negative - "can have" isn't used, although "could have" is.
