    Welcome to your yoga practice!
    This is a 20-minute yoga class for your full body strength to begin your day with energy and mindfulness. You will find some gentle mobility exercises for your shoulders specially at the beginning of the practice to remind the body of its natural alignment. Gentle to moderate intensity. You can do this routine in the evening as well.
    Feel good in the present moment as you can start and end your practice with the following affirmations:
    “I am exactly where I need to be”
    “I am nurtured by the energy of Earth
