@@cristiannunez5228 it was good. The only learning curve is that e85 stoichiometric ratio isn’t the same as gasoline.. So if you get the ECB1, it doesn’t read the same as a general wideband gauge.
You seem as detail oriented as I try to be on my evo. How did you route and do your battery to the trunk? Evo X fusible Link, which mount, what did you do with the OE negative, where did you route the positive (firewall or next to the door), what trunk box, what battery (standard or AGM to avoid corrosion) where did you ground, where did you pop out the positive cable (behind the seat or out the driver side cubby) any corrosion around the battery etc. Annoying amount of questions, but I’m really finally considering doing this for a short route UiCP. I have an evo 10 positive cable that I will use to go to the trunk that I will use on the IX.
Rodney the OG savior behind the scenes!!! 😂
Don’t give him too much praise.. It goes to his head.. 🙄😂
Ohhhhh that oem look is beautiful I like that placement
I appreciate the feedback. Simplicity is key.
Great video gives me ideas.
Glad I could help!
@@CJ2X how did you like that innovative wideband? Debating between that or aem for stock ecu

Awesome setup!
Thank you! 🙏🏻
Why not daisy chain it off the 2nd CAN port on the wb1 controller?
Love that setup
Thanks! 🙏🏻
My friend the set up came out looking good
Thank you bro. Thanks for the support!
Always prefer the analog setup over the digital it’s a lot more accurate, reliable, and responsive. Clean setup 👏🏾
Thank you man. I appreciate the feedback. 🙏🏻
Agreed, a 60hz screen can only give you so much feedback in the heat of the moment.
I like the new set up bro, the old pod is 52mm ? If so sell it to me lol
The single pod or triple gauge pod?
@@CJ2X the triple gauge pod sir
@@salvyboy181 they’re 60mm.. Fun fact, it’s an actual Gruppe S pod panel.
@@CJ2X exactly why i asked haha I’ve been looking around but hard to find
Yeeeeeeeeeevooooooooo
Check out the gauge on my channel!
Did you swap the cluster? It looks different than my 2006 evo. I like you font and that is says evolution. Mine says lancer
It’s a discontinued overlay..

How much was the custom gauge pod? Looking to getting 1 made also
About $175.
Which double din deck did you go with/would you recommend it? I bought the kit to do the conversion now I'm just searching for the right deck to get
Pioneer.. Don’t get the one I got. Already malfunctioning. I’m sending it back..
I was the first btw. Gauge pod looks great! Now there is three of us with them. Mine has 3 gauges tho.
I saw that on @yeeeevo’s video but I never interacted with you about it. Anyways, thanks for helping him out because you also helped me out. 🫡
