I was wondering how you were going to attach the belt to the holster. Looking forward to finding out! Maybe you could use one of those current plastic slide-to-lock belt clips, like ones used on backpacks? And do a mock-up housing over it to look like the metal buckle? Perhaps out of thicker heat-shaped plastic? Just throwing' an idea out there.
I'll post some pic's when its done but I'll most likely go with two slits to slide the nylon belt thru or I'll rivet right onto the plastic holster so it doesn't slid around.
Peter, I have to get my vacuum forming machine ready and now I can finally get to buy affordable clear PTEG plastic sheets to do the job, then source out the belt and an affordable buckle.
