Former Nordson tech here. You dont have to remove the pump i order to identify a bad discharge valve. just see if the glue is returning to the tank through the return port in top of the tank behind the grate.If you see pulsing glue here then replace the valve. The valve can be changed with glue in the tank.just make sure that the level in the tank is below the level of the valve.

You never showed the replacement of the valve and your pump needs service. the glue is coming out through the piston. This means that a pump service kit is needed. There are nordson manuals on line for anyone to download. good video

That is a locking lever, its just to allow you to remove the pump assembly.

La bomba tiene el mismo funcionamiento que en el video, retire la bomba verifique los vedantes, retire y limpie los dos plomitos que lleva el el sistema de la bomba, la volvi a colocar y la cola no llega hasta la purga, retiro el filtro y esta sin cola, tendre que colocar esta valvula de presion.

I have the same system as this device. Glue does not come out of the valve when operating. It goes out 1 minute after turning on and then stops. I cleaned and checked the air valve and the problem didn't go away. Both valves in the device are not working. Can you help me thank you
