We purchased 4 ac of Mitsubishi last week in bulk and personally reviewed worst ac till now I have used.
Same model as in video we purchased and one of them isn't working and also others not cooling properly. Seriously can't believe in new product how is it possible..
Service provider also can't able to satisfied us with their service as not recieving calls and answering properly.
Please help us and tell any procedure to return them back.

Mane abi daikin ac liya tha outdoor me. Issue tha company ko itni bar call kr liya bs technician aate han dekh k nikl lete han but improvement fir hmne shop vale ko pkd liya usi ne replace kraya fir.
How come you are facing such issues being a new purchase this should be working fine... Get it replaced or repaired by the company depending on the condition of your ac...

Mitsubishi Electric achha hai. But kafi logo ko service ka issue hai iske. Isliye pehle pata kar lena apke area me service kaisi hai koi original spare part wagera available hai ki nahi, call karne ke kitne time me service / repair karne aa jatey hai ye sab. Waise Ogeneral 2 ton and above try kar sakte ho performance kafi achhi hai.

Bhai bahar se service karwaoge to apke ac me koi problem aney par compay warranty nahi degi apki warranti kharab ho jayegi. Aur isme sab imported parts lagte hai magar bahar se service waley apko original imported parts nahi laga kar denge, ac kharab hone ke chances hai.
