- A cover version of Gary Numan's Slave from the album Jagged released in 2006. This was recorded and mixed in Newnan, Georgia May 2023. My three cats supervised the entire process.

Jagged is Numan's worst album second only to Machine & Soul. Halo and Haunted are passable but it's all been done before. Slave is just industrial Numan by numbers.
I thought you said Intruder, Savage, Pure, Exile and Sacrifice were all garbage... 🤔
And that's where (i.e.) Tim Eilers hits the stage, proving that 'Slave' is finally a great track. Setting it into the right mood. I felt the same about many Beatles songs. They were brilliant. But not neccessarily in their original versions. There was a lot of potential and later artists turned that stuff to real gems.
