absolutely love QANTAS! I have always flown A380`s to every destination ive been to.. I've been to 46 destinations and London 3 times, A beautiful aircraft.
GERMANLOVER7000 Both good airlines......one of them actually flies to our shores (Emirates) and the other hasn't for many years (Lufthansa)......neither is as iconic as the flying kangaroo.
ScrappySuper91 94 years in the aviation biz and counting......one of the pioneers of the industry with an unmatched safety record......all at the oldest international airport on the planet. Its no joke......a true Australian icon.......the ONLY joke around here is you.
AUmarcus the last time i check..i did not ask u if you are a mental disease or not..so do ever go in my private comments..you don,t know a thing of life and plane like i do.
I never tire of watching a plane take off, what a monster compared to the other qantas on the runway!cant wait to board mine next year syd to lax so excited thanks for the video!!!
These giant A380s fly over our place regularly. I always run to the window and look (I know their sound) they are so graceful and a beautiful aircraft.
Absolutely awesome! Such a lovely light you had there, & your camera is amazing - such a clear picture, the clearest I think I have ever seen. Thanks so much for filming & sharing - much appreciated!
l thought l would pop on over last year to stay with a friend and watch the American Election. l caught a Qantas A380, l am getting old now so l went Business. Australia, you all got to take a ride on that thing, it's amazing. l have travelled a great deal over my life, but that trip was fantastic. l think l have one more trip in me, and it will certainly be on the A380, Qantas of course.
A 380 841 RR A 380 861 EA At first I thought this is VH-OQA (Nancy Bird Walton, aka Qantas 32) but it's her sister ship, VH-OQF (Charles Kingsford Smith).
I want to move house to one down near the airport ..behind the back fences is the runway...how cool would it be to be able to sit on your verandah and watch planes taking off and landing all day...family think I am nuts...I love planes.
Flew the DFW to SYD flight last month. Jet stream was favorable so they delayed our takeoff by 25 minutes less we arrive in SYD before 6am. Seventeen hours. Do not want to do that again!
amazing video mate! the quality of the camera was amazing! do you mind listing your specs? ive also been on this a380 from WSSS ( QF10 landing at melbourne VH OQF ) awesome video again!! thumbs up and favourited! :D
Beautiful filming. Thank you very much for sharing. My only question is where was she going? Was she coming to my home of Los Angeles where I often watch Qantas fly in and out? Anyway, great video. Thank you.
Great video mate! How do get to the spot? Is it in Barton park? I never seen a A380 takeoff from 25R. I saw and filmed a Air Pacific B747 took off from 25R last week!
Thank You , QANTAS . The Best Pilots & Ground Crew , Engineers in the world IT's the only way to Fly . I love my Country , besides the few Shits every Country has.
If it wasn’t for the sign I would have thought that it would be impossible for a plane that size to take off on a runway only 2530m. I though a380s only take off at runway 34l and 16r
A380 with Qantas design is just beautiful to look at
Awesome vid, luv Qantas 380’s, cheers👍🏻🇦🇺
absolutely love QANTAS! I have always flown A380`s to every destination ive been to.. I've been to 46 destinations and London 3 times, A beautiful aircraft.
1:59 THE CHILLS when u hear that engine powering up...so amazingGg!! x3
Amazing. Like a visceral roar. For me there is nothing (mechanical at least) that sounds better than a jet engine spooling up.
Qantas is the best airline in the world, beautiful plane. great video, loved it a lot.
what about lufthansa and emirates?.
GERMANLOVER7000

Nice video,
this is the first time that I have seen the trailing wheels of the main landing gear actually steering. in the turn.
Absolutely awesome! Such a lovely light you had there, & your camera is amazing - such a clear picture, the clearest I think I have ever seen. Thanks so much for filming & sharing - much appreciated!

Amazing plane spotting video, big thanks for sharing!!!
Nice. Must have been quite a strong westerly that day to force them to use 25. Nice spotting
Wow the biggest plane taking off from the smallest runway at Sydney

The first aviator to fly across the pacific ocean.
Amazing footage. Always been a fan of Qantas.

I Heard That Qantas (Sprit Of Australia) iS one of the Most Known Airlines In History!!!
I saw a B747 took off from 25R! Very short takeoff! amazing sight!
Great quality camera for 2012.
Love this video! Good Job! :)

Queen of the skies
Love the video! What kind of camera is this? I have a Vixia HF R600.
Beautiful filming. Thank you very much for sharing. My only question is where was she going? Was she coming to my home of Los Angeles where I often watch Qantas fly in and out? Anyway, great video. Thank you.
I am pretty sure this flight was QF1 which means it is going to Dubai and then on to London
Sorry I mean Singapore then London
+Nicholas Bulley yup,
Now they fly to London Via Dubai not Singapore because of the new partnership with Emirates,
The a380 flights to both LAX (QF11) and DFW (QF7) leave a bit earlier than this one.....DXB/LHR (QF1).
Awesome stuff! I'm guessing there's no problems standing by the fence there? I've never tried it myself with the No Stopping signs along the road.
its amazing how such a large heavy object can take off and simply fly for Thousands of kilometres
Very Nice video ;)
Graceful takeoff
Great video mate! How do get to the spot? Is it in Barton park? I never seen a A380 takeoff from 25R. I saw and filmed a Air Pacific B747 took off from 25R last week!
Ross smith av. That was shooting thru the fence. It would have to be very strong westerly wind in order for a380 to take off from Rwy 25.
What´s your camera/lens?
which Camera you used to capture this ?
BHARATH V R 132ucic
what is your camera???
Well caught!
Thanks.
m171562 Thanks for uploading. Reminds me of Qantas Flight 32.
Yes give way for your little sisters😊😝😃😍⭐️💖🛫
A380 ON RWY25 wow !!! 25 is not a long strip. a 747 overshot it many years ago.
Its quite big
Ótimo 👍
Amazing Airbus a380
amazing !!
Are these planes any good? i'm thinking of getting meself one LOL
Like the big jets
Thank You , QANTAS . The Best Pilots & Ground Crew , Engineers in the world IT's the only way to Fly . I love my Country , besides the few Shits every Country has.
what a monster of an airplane
Hey, where are you standing? i.e. what location are you filming?
+Clarky C Shooting thru the fence line. Runway 25 Threshold.
That's a big boy :)
Hey baby where you going😍😃⭐️💖🛫
Amazing
Never seen an A380 T/O @ RWY 25. Always see them on 34L/16R
Are you a pilot?
Liking the heavies
❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍
Those pilots must be very very very VERY TRAINED TO FLY THAT THING AND LAND IT
probably are but flying one of these is nothing exciting like flying the F/A 18 or the new F35
XD Nice troll. I thought the first Qantas plane was supposed to be the "a380", and then the camera turned.
Love big jets
awesome
i month ago...i flew with them...times run out so fast...
If it wasn’t for the sign I would have thought that it would be impossible for a plane that size to take off on a runway only 2530m. I though a380s only take off at runway 34l and 16r
They usually do.....the fact that it took off on RWY25 can only mean the westerly was blowing a gale in Sydney.
Thanks to the wright brothers. :D
runway 07/25 is only 2530 mtrs in length
They only use this runway if the wind is high in the runway direction.
Haha didn't know RWY 25 was long enough lol
