Do you ever play 2c Sanji or 3c Luffy in order to press your opponent’s life? I know they will swing with their leader but you can also protect them with guard point easily. Not sure if this is profitable in the long run. Against yellow I try to do this, as Sanji’s life loss gets rid of Gedatsu’s text more quickly and you can pressure their life/board. Not sure if this is correct though, I’ve been playing for around a month now.
I recommend looking at this from the other way too- It just feels like one of those "gatekeeper" for whitebeard. you got to somehow stick so many bodies in play and not have them remove your blockerrs. maybe the enel guide here whitebeard section can help to see how enel aims to beat you.ua-cam.com/video/ZZmw1hLkOso/v-deo.html
I really like this list, but I'm not convinced with the 4 drop vanilla, I think sakazuki deals with them so easily that it doesn't even attack.. plus gedatsu and paulie are being played in enel and purple luffy that deals well with it aswell
What’s about to put one or two Seaquake in deck? (Mostly against sakazuki and in combo with ace) And would u take this deck to a big event ? (A lot purple player)
Id recommend swapping the ratios of 4c frankys and luffys. Just helps incase you run into someone playing enel SR

It might make sense to have more luffy 4c than franky just on the off chance you have to deal with enel

They are just a necessary curve filler. Nothing better in that slot
