She often says "I always thought xy" which for me strongly implies that many things she leaves unanswered the herself doesn't have a real answer for. That's kind of cool. What I dont like is if she states that she planned something "all along" and it's obviously untrue.

Little bit from column A, little bit from column B, I think. Some of the theories were definitely built up beforehand, and some are probably stuff she saw and thought were good ideas. With Twitter-active authors, it's often easy to assume they plan for a lot less than they do, especially as fan theories are proven right more often.

the mysteries in the department of mysteries are different concepts that are investigated by magic.
      there is
time (room with the time turners and the egg to bird and back spere)
      space (room with planets)
      thoughts (tank with brains)
the future (the hall of prophesies)
love (sealed room no one can enter)
      and death (the veil)
(Maybe more but the gang doesn´t investigate more rooms)
the veil is literally a gateway to death. the kids seeing thestrals can hear people behind it because they lost someone. it is not really the dead person talking to them behind the vail it is more like a whisper from there souls. just like the images harry summons with the resurrection stone. they are not really there but their imprints reach out to harry. we learn that the most people “pass on” so they wouldn´t linger in the ministry.
he hears his parents and maybe Cedric behind the vail and Luna can hear her mom because this people cared about them in live. it is like the feeling that someone you loved is watching over you and just death is separating you from seeing each other again.
The kids never seeing someone die don’t hear voices because they don’t wish to be with someone dead again. no one they care deeply about did die yet.
hope this explanation helps a bit 😊

He was able to pull Gryffindor's sword out of Gryffindor's hat, and used it to destroy the Monster of Slytherin. Harry embodied Gryffindor House the same way Voldemort embodied Slytherin. Many Muggles carry magical genes but not enough to make them magical. when a couple gets together and has q child each may contribute magical genes to their child. If their are enough the child is a Muggle-born. Often if a couple has a Muggle-born child they will have another Muggle-born child.

Essentially the magic gene must be rare and recessive, otherwise you would not have generations of muggles suddenly producing a magic offspring! If you assume 5 male and 5 female students per year, that means roughly 70 students per house. Four houses of course would suggest Hogwarts alone has roughly 280 magicians in school at any given time. Not every kid born with magic will necessarily attend Hogwarts, but it's still a good base to go by. So assuming there are approximately 40 magicians born in England every year, and the average lifespan of a magician is at least 80 years, that would be a minimum of 3200 magicians at any time in Britain. But this would be a considerable undercount of course because again, not every wizard kid goes to Hogwarts...

I thought that squibs are failed wizards, like Filch, Hagrid or Mrs. Figg, meaning they either got expelled, like Hagrid, or they failed their OWLs or NEWTS, like perhaps Filch or Mrs. Figg, and somehow were either suspended, allowed to graduate but not allowed to practice magic, or expelled anyway. In short, I don't think (operative word) there are squib genes, but there could be many squibs who failed these exams. How else do you explain the presence of Filch and Hagrid at Hogwarts? Even though they're failed wizards, they're still valued enough as people that Dumbledore hired them to work at Hogwarts: Filch is the hated hall monitor while Hagrid is the school messenger sent to tell kids they're wizards, but also serves as zookeeper of the Forbidden Forest. As for Mrs. Figg? She's probably a squib for the same reason as Filch: she probably failed her OWLs or NEWTs, and has to take care of Harry when the Dursleys take their trips.

My 2 cents to this: When Voldy saw Harry as a child after the noble sacrifice of his parents, his backfired curse ripped out his soul (in pieces) and specifically the piece of him as an infant- the exact innosence nd the infant sould of Voldy got horcruxed into Harry while killing his body, but letting his soul-infant soul roam and eventually Albania, quirrel, and back in goblet of fire.
By imbuing Harry's blood, he connected with his infant soul in Harry and hence was impossible for Voldy to block the Legilemency when he feels core emotions(that even an infant can feel-unlike complex abstract thoughts)
In the end, he killed his infant soul and the shock of it took Harry into limbo(he's quite a strong person of mind and soul)
But Harry found his way back and like he speaks out like an anime character at Voldy , the elder wand was Harry's. If Voldy had only listened to Harry and made a run for it, the wizarding world would've been massively screwed(for a few more books perhaps 😂)- Yet even if it ran for a few more books, it'll be certain that the infant piece of soul dying would slowly and surely destroy Voldy in time. That's what I figure.

Now blood purity doesn’t make sense. Hagrid stated wizards would have gone extinct if they stuck to being pure bloods only. Now it turns out there’s a gene that can pick people at round so how can wizards ever go extinct? How do you even consider someone a mudblood for getting the gene at random? Wouldn’t that technically make everyone a mudblood at the start of their family’s wizarding bloodline?

Now none of them probably ever did anything like Salazar with the chamber. But there were secret tunnels leading to certain areas and there are always possible areas of Ravenclaw tower or the kitchen area or even under the greenhouse that have a hidden room.
Maybe there are certain rooms in the school that were once hidden but discovered and now are just used. It would be awesome if a real very in-depth book of Hogwarts a history the updated version with the chamber of secrets was ever written.

Good question, especially when students need $ to pay for robes, books, wands, animals, parchment paper, quill pens and ink, and other items? Maybe the Ministry pays the tuition and round-trip train transportation, but the students' families pay for everything else. The money for that "everything else' has to come somewhere: from the students' families' salaries. For example, the twins--George and Fred--Dad, Arthur, along with Bill and Percy, work for the Ministry. Follow me from your question to the follow-up queries: What salaries and benefits do Arthur and his sons Bill, Percy, and wizarding families working for the Ministry earn there to ensure a comfortable lifestyle? Are Bill and Percy's salaries contributing a few hundred Galleons towards their siblings' educational expenses? The answer to that question is No, it's not enough to pay for their supplemental expenses at Hogwarts, if Molly isn't able to afford new dress robes for Ron and maybe second-hand books for all of the kids.
The point I'm making is that Hogwarts is like Muggle schools in the States: if kids attend public schools, those schools' expenditures are paid from property tax revenues paid to the jurisdiction where the school district have their schools. If the kids attend private school, their parents pay for the tuition, bus transportation, room and board (if the school has dormitories); the school provides the instruction, desks and equipment. However, like Hogwarts, the kids have to pay for their own school supplies on top of what their parents pay. Not exactly a great system, regardless of what kind of school today's kids attend, private or public.
You think that's bad? Try this on for size: if you attend college, grad school or professional schools like law, med, dent, vet, or b-school: expect to pay for not only your school supplies but also for your course textbooks. Yep, those textbooks are not included in the tuition, and you have to buy them at the college's proprietary bookstore, which can be either online or a physical location somewhere on campus. Because many textbooks are super- expensive--think medical, law, business, science, engineering, and math--many students try to economize by trying to find less expensive tomes sold by students who previously took the course and want off-load their books at a deep discount. Have I done so? Yeah, and the memory of that transaction isn't a pleasant one.

I think magic makes more sense if it is related more to epigenetics than one dominant gene, like Rowling explained. If magic is somehow related with the activation of several different genes that are common to all humans, and are possible present in the other magical beings and creatures it would explain why muggle-borns pop up ramdomly and why sometimes squibs are born. All the while accounting for evolution... maybe several genes in our junk dna are responsible for magic... if it was just a gene, offsprings of magical/muggle couples would result in much more squibs, and it is cannon that squibs are much more rare than muggle-borns.

Regarding Dudley: I have a theory (I picked it up from a fanfiction, sorry, forget which one) that Harry being a horcrux could affect people similarly to how the locket affected Harry, Ron, and Hermione during the horcrux hunt when they had to take turns wearing it. So in this theory, there are a couple of principles that make it work: duration and closeness of proximity make a difference (explaining why Ron could be said to have been negatively affected by horcrux-Harry but not so much Hermione since Ron was physically closer and for more duration of time than Hermione). And that some people could be more or less resilient to the negative affects, again explaining why Ron seemed to have been affected but not as much Hermione since Ron was more susceptible from either just naturally being less resistant and/or his special circumstances (poverty, poor self esteem, brothers’/Harry’s shadow etc.). Note when I mention Ron as having been seemingly affected, examples would be his extreme irritability in 3rd year, particularly about Hermione’s cat, and about how easily he turned on Harry at the beginning of 4th year over Harry “entering” the tournament-that would track with how the locket had affected him so badly it influenced him to abandon Harry and Hermione in the tent. If this theory is true, it could have also applied to Dudley-that a potion of Dudley’s bad characteristics and behavior during childhood could have been influenced by early and prolonged exposure to Harry as a horcrux. Actually one of my favorite elements to see fleshed out in fanfiction is Ron and/or Dudley blossoming post-cannon, and in my mind part of that is growing up and moving past childhood thinking (or spoiling & indoctrination in Dudley’s case) but partly it could be explained by being relieved of exposure to horcrux Harry. FYI there are some nice Harry & Dudley reconciliation themes in some fanfictions-I always enjoy to see these-and in some of them Dudley ends up with a magical child down the line, which is a fun storyline to explore.

Which is how much in Muggle currency--Yankee greenbacks, Euros, or Great British pounds (GBP)? If the school is located in Philly, it should be in the Main Line suburb like Bryn Mawr or Haverford, tony towns with well-heeled populations. If this school was located in these towns, then the tuition is probably 40K Galleons or whatever that's worth in Yankee dollars, GBPs, or Euros. Before you ask how I know about the Main Line, the answer is that I used to live there in a tony place called Wynnewood, and I used to go to school in Haverford.
For a better look at what the Main Line looks like, I refer you to movies like "The Philadelphia Story" with Katherine Hepburn, "Trading Places", starring Dan Ackroyd, Eddie Murphy, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ian Holm, Ralph Bellamy, and Don Ameche; and TNT Channel's 2000 presentation of "Nuremberg: Infamy on Trial", starring Alec Baldwin, Jill Hennesy, Christopher Plummer, Max Van Sydow, and Brian Cox.

Not only that, but that train probably has a big capacity to hold hundreds, if not thousands of passengers to transport to and from Hogwarts. There are probably more beds and dorms than the filmmakers show us in the movies. There must be hundreds, if not thousands of students attending Hogwarts. For example, have you noticed the huge number of kids marching to the Great Hall in Deathly Hallows Part 2: how many were called to the assembly by Snape? Hundreds of them.

In case of gaunts, it seems like they behaved in a terrible way that led to even fellow wizards despising them and they got poor out of their own accord. (Am sure they could magick some good furniture and house but they just didn't and lived in squalor cos they're probably genetically and literally retarded)

Like, in Horace slughorns case, he isn't against living in some well furnished muggle house or engaging in legally questionable side hustles

Still it's cheaper than having to feed the kids twelve months a year.

WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THE WIZARDING ECONOMY?
    - Where are the jobs in the UK? It is implied that not many people get into the ministry but there seem to be hundreds of people working there?
    - Why don't wizards learn math, reading and writing? Seems important enough for them, especially if they pay taxes, which I assume they would, given that the Ministry pays for Hogwarts.
    - Where are the rest of the wizarding shops? Where do they get groceries? You can't make food from nowhere?
    - Do wizards get sick? If magic is genetic, wizards' bodies should function normally, meaning they should get cancer, colds, the flu, and all these other diseases?
    - Why don't wizards use more muggle technology? They use lightbulbs and plumbing, but they don't use pens and paper, mostly don't use cars. What about muggle communication? email and phones seem better than popping out of a fire or mailing a letter.

      1. Outside of the Ministry, wizards and witches work either wizarding businesses hidden from muggles, like The Leaky Cauldron, or incognito in muggle jobs, like Kingsley Shacklebolt as a bodyguard to the Prime Minister.
      2. Wizards learn basic skills up to a primary/elementary school level through either attending a muggle school, mostly half-bloods, or home schooling, mostly pure-bloods.
3.There are food shops in Diagon Alley (Household Goods) and Hogsmeade (The Magic Neep), and probably other hidden magical markets, but they’re only mentioned in passing as Harry doesn’t go into them.
      4. Cancers and flus are treated on the second floor of St Mungo’s hospital along with magical ailments. I’d imagine that with healing magic and potions like Skele-Gro, I’d be a lot less dangerous than they are to Muggles.
      5. Though they aren’t in the books or films, there have Muggle vehicles used by witches and wizards mentioned than just the Hogwarts Express, the Knight Bus and the Ministry cars. As for the other technologies, I’d guess it’s pure-bloods being either too stubborn to admit that the Muggle way of doing it is better or too isolated to learn about new technologies quickly.

Would love to see a theory video done on if Lily & James Potter put a protective spell powered by their love for him before they left. And the person who Voldermort killed was a babysitter. And James & Lily both survived to raise Harry. Yet Harry was still the one destined to kill Voldermort.

I would love to see you repent of your sin and follow Jesus. The world as we know it is headed to destruction, you can escape the coming wrath. The last 2500+ years have been a testimony in favor of God's word. Check out how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast in Revelation 13, Revelation 17 confirms that it is Rome. From this we conclude that A) God can tell the future or make it happen, or B) The nations and governments have been conspiring together for the last several millenia. You don't need to speculate because you can start a relationship with God and have proof if you make a serious attempt.
Call on the name of Jesus and pray for God to intervene in your life. Belief in Messiah doesn't grant you salvation, you have to follow Him and obey Him as well - Matthew 7:22, John 3:3, John 3:36. If you have any questions about scripture feel free to ask me

I always thought that the "baby" Voldemort in limbo looked like pulled pork or chicken covered in bbq sauce.
