whenever tooth is broken guys... don't throw it..put it in cold milk or saliva in the mouth and run to the dentist within 1 hour...that tooth can be saved by reimplantation.. otherwise it's gonna be dead after an hour, and u have to go for artificial replacements.

I can say one thing, subscribing to Ok Tested was the best thing I did this year, from my down phase of life to up phase, I always watch videos here, and to be very honest I always enjoyed and learned something. But the role of a therapist/ Psychologist isn't going to give knowledge or advice. Therapist/ Psychologist in his/ her session only helps the client who are not able to express the inner thoughts, the clients know what they are feeling inside but some how it's stuck because of circumstances, situation or any experience of life. In sessions we discuss the logical reasoning , meaning, origin of that thought then the client and therapist/ Psychologist jointly discuss the problem solving and coping skill. Therapist/Psychologist won't judge you or your problem/ discomfort as dukhra.
